This store has excellent customer service. I bought a bike for my son from another store and it was a mess. Neal helped me fix everything and was extremely kind and informative. This is the only place I will bring my bikes from now on. Thank you Neal and Landrys.

Great shop! Lots of bikes and products! Knowledgeable staff. They had the seat I needed to upgrade my wife's bike that I couldn't find anywhere else in Central MA. I'll be back for bigger stuff soon.

Wide variety of bikes and nice, helpful workers. When I came in, a worker helped me pick out the bike that was perfect for me. They were patient, answered all my questions, and even informed me of ongoing discounts. They even made a couple of adjustments to the bike I picked. There's a 30-day return policy so they also make great gifts.

I finally needed to replace my 30+ year old Specialized Hybrid. I worked with Drew, who was fantastic at helping me choose a Trek dual sport. Great experience from start to finish. I felt comfortable in this environment as a queer lady who does not have a stereotypical “cyclist build.” Can’t wait to return for my wife to purchase a new mountain bike!
