I needed a broken spring replaced in my overhead garage door. They can without a spring and then promised to return to complete the job. But they didn't return and stopped returning my phone calls when I inquired about the part and the repair. I would avoid using this company

Lashua Door Co came out October 2021 to repair a Sommer garage door opener which had stopped working. Their diagnosis on the invoice is the "photo eyes are no good." We were charged $215 and the door was left in the same condition as when they arrived - unfixed and inoperable. I contacted the manufacturer and fixed it with their help. It was NOT the photo eyes. I called Lashua Door Co. and relayed this information and asked for an adjustment to the bill but was refused. We were ripped off.
