I’m a frequent visitor of the 137 Shrewsbury St Worcester branch and I just wanted to personally commend Brina Frederick’s customer service. She is a friendly, kind-hearted associate and whenever I need to do my business in person, she always goes above and beyond for me. She embodies LCU’s mission; continually providing quality service in a professional, prompt manner. One of the main reasons I bank with LCU is their superior customer service compared to Brick & Mortar banks. If all associates are like Brina, I’ll continue to do my business with LCU.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. They launched a new website that aligns with what other banks had 10 years ago and it is full of bugs. You cannot access statements, past check images, and there are issues with checks clearing accounts. The should have left the website built in 1995 that had no functionality of this is what they were going to switch to. Topping it off the branch manager said it was a work in progress fixing the bugs. How about instead you test the site to make sure it works before launching it. I can't believe this bank is still in business. As a customer of almost 15 years I have been wanting to switch for a while due to the poor service and archaic systems. After this incident I finally will and works encourage anyone looking to do business here to look elsewhere.

This is a really bad service ? because they give me new debit card and I try to deposit and the card doesn’t work. So I can’t do my payments because I’m the place that I use the card said invalid number

I’ve been a good customer for many years, and they display no loyalty to customers. Service and communication between employees/departments is a total disaster. They have lost my checks on a few occasions, and have hit me with late charges and collections calls to treat me like a dead beat even though I have an 830 credit score and have never missed a payment in my life. This bank needs to revamp their process and better train their people if they want to stay a relevant option.

tried to make a payment here and the lady who was on the phone came up with every excuse in the book not to help me because it was close to closing time refused to process my payment very unhelpful wouldn't recommend this bank

1.99% car loan. Worth the drive from Boston. Nice folks, quick and easy. Just did our 2nd loan with them today. Highly recommend.
