Awful experience. Laura Campos needs to go on customer service training again. She is completely clueless and gives wrong advise to customers. Please do not trust her when it comes to banking. Do not send your vulnerable kids to her as she will not help them but will take advantage of them financially.

So many fees, take your money somewhere else. It also took 5 days for money to be transferred from my savings to checking account...but when I overdraft the $30.00 fee comes out in .012 seconds. Bunch of thieves.

Had to get a new debit card and they still managed to do it with their computer systems down! It took a little longer to activate it but my account was fixed asap. Always nice and friendly staff at this branch!Thank you!

Crystal and Kathy (or Cathy) have been GREAT help in helping me with my fraud case. I had my purse stolen out of my car a couple months ago and not only were they wicked helpful in setting up a new account for me, but they were able to catch my imposter. Crystal was able to identify that person with my ID was indeed not me. She called and asked if I was there that day and I confirmed I was not. Crystal works in the Leominster location and Kathy works in Worcester. They couldn't have been more kind and accommodating with me. Not to mention, I was a basket case during the entire situation (as one would be getting their identity stolen). I work at a bank myself and to see other banks properly identifying people gives me great reassurance. Highly recommend from a fellow banker. Thank you LCU for all you've done to help myself! :)

I agree with others regarding the branch manager at the West Boylston location. She is not customer focused, has pre-conceived opinions of clientele and therefore is very unaccommodating. Wow! That's putting it out there! But it's difficult to do business with her. I avoid the branch although the rest of the staff are pleasant and very professional.The Collections Department - specifically Angel Morales - should be commended for his talent, empathy and effective solutions in what is often a difficult and usually personally awkward situation we sometimes find ourselves in after injury, loss of employment, a death, etc. His professionalism and accommodating manor make doing business a pleasurable experience.

I got an auto loan from them it is the last time I will bank with them I much prefer DCU plus I made a 5000 payment and they reported a late payment because they did not break up the payments like I asked

I’ve been a good customer for many years, and they display no loyalty to customers. Service and communication between employees/departments is a total disaster. They have lost my checks on a few occasions, and have hit me with late charges and collections calls to treat me like a dead beat even though I have an 830 credit score and have never missed a payment in my life. This bank needs to revamp their process and better train their people if they want to stay a relevant option.

The drive up window is a complete joke! I can pull up, send my money thru and sit for 10 minutes and nobody even says hello or acknowledges me..hello, I use the window because it's supposed to be FASTER than going inside..it happens every time and I used to give the benefit of the doubt, but I'm literally sitting here as I i type this and still nobody says anything...wtf type of business is that?? I'm watching multiple people breeze thru the atm lane..yet nothing for me...I just hit 'call' maybe now they'll wake up...ugh

I'm always had a bad experience at this branch. The one in Holden gives beyond stellar customer service. Don't go to West Boylston St. branch.

Do not go here and do not deal with Tammy Garcia i believe her name is! Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Don't know how she can call herself a branch manager. She is so rude!!
