I had an appointment for 11am. My car didn’t get into the bay to be serviced until noon. They knew i was waiting for it to be serviced. Plus the price i paid for rear pads was RIDICULOUS.

I went to Meineke for a routine car inspection and was shocked when they charged me $20 just to change my license plate. This is a simple task that takes a few minutes and requires no special tools, yet they still tacked on an unreasonable fee. Most places would do this as a courtesy or charge a minimal amount, but $20 feels like a blatant attempt to overcharge customers. It left a bad impression, and I’ll think twice before returning for any future services.

Went for a state inspection. Oddly, they require cash for the state inspection even though the sign behind the register says that you can use either cash, credit, or debit for the inspection.
Just be aware of bringing cash. Otherwise, you need to pay the fee at the bank next door

I called one day prior and scheduled an appointment for 8am. I was told it will take 2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. I dropped off my car at 8 am and it wasn’t ready until noon time. The delay wasn’t communicated to me.

I would like to warn everyone about this establishment. This business lacks clear communication when it comes to what needs to be fixed on your vehicle. Not only that they lack the ability to give you a proper time frame as to how long it would take for your vehicle to be complete. When I spoke to one of the mechanics he was very unclear about what exactly needed to be fixed and how much it would actually cost. I advocated for myself and told them it was too much and they started to take money off the price ($200). I asked for an itemized list of what I needed to be fixed and he didn't sound happy about that. I asked for pictured of what needed to be fixed. He really didn't like that i asked for that. so half way through my rushed conversation with the mechanic (rude but he was trying to leave early, I get it but no customer service skills) I was sent over to another worker and he did his best to clarify what needed to be done. He explained two break lines and something to my exhaust. I quote I can do that for a few hundred bucks, I said no way then he said 200 bucks. was only charged 100. Once I got my bill they did half the work they said need to be done and was still charged the same price. I was told management would contact me and I still have yet to hear from him. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere There was no honesty or integrity in my business with them. Truly please head my warning and find somewhere else to go.

The worst experience I ever had way too much pricey , and they were not polite at all the parts which were discounted in the official website even that too they are selling at the maximum price and after the service I got check engine which was not there at the time I have Given them for service

My var muffler broke down Friday night. Meineke are the only one open Saturday since 8 AM. I'm glad! They fixed before I needed to get to work that day. They are costly, but fast. I Thanks God, that Meineke exist and opens on Saturdays. Thanks!
