On a 60° day store heat was on 85° Smelled like Weed, Pot when walking in. Help was a joke.It was noon Saturday. Payment machine was broken . They were useless to help. 1 man could not see "i cant see close up !"- he was wasted. I told him my phone # 7(seven) Times! i finally wrote it down.
All my photos came back with a GRID OVER THEM. RUINED. He Lost my Facebook account.

The woman was not helpful at all. She didn't even seem like she wanted to help me. She seemed more interested in her phone call and lunch. I went to the Lincoln St store instead. They were Excell over there!

Broke my phone and called into Hector at this location. He walked me through all my possibilities over the phone so when I got in id have what I need. I ran into some issues with my account but Hector got me through every step even though I had to leave and come back he was more than helpful the entire time throughout the day. Highly recommend Hector and his coworkers at this store they did everything they could and then some.

Got there at 6:20 and they were already closed. The time states closes at 7pm.
