As I was calling to make sure that I am getting take care with my phone issue that I was having I had a representative that was working for metro pcs corporate on the line as well to help me out to speak with this guy who is the manager at this store was so rude that he didn't even let the representative speak and to understand what is going on and how can the issue be proceed instead he said I got a customer and he is the only one working there and didn't want to bother to listen at all for other options that could have resolve the issue what he did was hung up on me and the representative of metro pcs that was on the phone.

I tried to change a number on existing three line account they opened up a new account closed it and still get charged no one seems to know what they're doing

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. A couple years ago I purchased a new phone the girl said I needed another device to activate my phone and get all my contacts and photos transferred. NOT TRUE after leaving the store I stopped at my buddy's house his 16 year old daughter got all my stuff transferred in 5 minutes. Today I go there to activate my replacement phone I received via fed/ex. The girl was ride and abrupt "alset have a good day" went to leave no contacts and no photos went back in and had a gentleman that worked there do transfer all data and it took about 8 minutes total. THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST THERE TO HANG AROUND AND COLLECT A CHECK. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT STAFF. BTW I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 12 YEARS THIS LOCATION AND THEIR "EMPLOYEES" ABSOLUTELY SUCK

Awful! Worst place I've ever been to.
Jesus had the customer service knowledge of a rock. The only reason I didn't switch from Metro to another company today, was because corporate customer service saved the day. I hope Jesus has a future upsetting customers cus he's great at it.

Rep Aniya, showed me today that that store will be in responsible hands. Good communication, great patience while contacting and speaking to multiple agents over the phone in order to successfully complete my transaction which was somewhat less simple than usual. She requested assistant from her peers when needed & di provided an overall A service.

Our family had a really good experience here. Two of us were Metro users, 1 of us was looking to be added on to our Metro plan as a new user, and 1 of us wanted to switch over from another carrier. Excellent Metro employee Usman made our whole experience delightful. He was professional, funny, and explained everything very clearly for us. He was very patient with all our questions. When we were struggling with whether or not we wanted to pay more/less for certain services/phones, Usman helped us navigate everything well and he never felt too "salesy." We felt taken care of. (By contrast, in years past my husband had visited a different local Metro store which was not nearly as helpful as the staff ) Usman and his associate Jesus were excellent. We also witnessed them handle a VERY difficult customer, and they did so with patience and class. Thank you Usman and Jesus!

I just left this store because I have a three line with them and I'm going to change my number but the girl never said they charge and I told her but you should say it costs so much ok I paid it but I'm disgusted by the way they treated me because they They talk to customers as if they were trash and they shouldn't because without customers they are nothing. I hope that the owner of this store takes action on the matter, I don't have the name of the foul-mouthed lack of respect but it must be measured.

It's normally great to deal with Metro but this time the girl I spoke to didn't seem interested in helping me. I thought they worked on commission.
