Millbury Credit Union on Stafford Rd, Worcester, This branch has the worst customer service. Elaine Dupuis and Drew Coutemanche made our experience the worst possibly. Elaine is incredibly unprofessional and 2 faced. She told us we would not have any extra fees, yet there were fees. Do not trust this branch they do not have your best interests in mind.

These people on stafford are not interested in actually helping anyone. Drew and Elaine are solely interested in taking peoples money. Do not waste your time here.

rude staff. ive been with mcu for years and this location always has issues with my account. the one on west boylston st is much better.

I love my bank! especially the girls at Stafford St, they are always so helpful and going the extra mile,. By far if you open an account go to that location!!
