Provider was amazing! Professional. Informative. Friendly. Patient. Understanding. Thorough. Engaging.

I rate my overall experience in getting a COVID-19 booster shot at CVS on West Boylston in Worcester as 7 out of 10.
First, the pharmacy's customer-service woman with whom I spoke initially was unfriendly and inhospitable.
Secondly - and more importantly and urgently - a poorly programed, computerized login system didn't log me in because CVS had misspelled my name, which, when I entered the correct spelling, the system rejected. That's even though I had entered correctly my date of birth and my appointment-confirmation number.
Thirdly, the handsoap dispenser located next to the login computer was empty - a clear sign of poor sanitary conditions in the waiting area, which also lacked enough chairs for all of the people awaiting - for perhaps lengthy periods of time - their shots.
In terms of the woman who administered the shot, she provided service in a highly professional, excellent, and hospitable way.
Still, the next time I need a booster shot, I will go either to another CVS location, a competitor pharmacy, or my PCP. And I hope the woman who administered my shot will eventually be working at another pharmacy - one, that provides, overall, excellent service and hospitality.

Never told me vaccines weren't covered by mass advantage after they ran my insurance. Been fighting for months for reimbursement. Be aware go to pharmacy not minute clinic for vaccine. Not stated in store, just walk-ins welcome. Made appointment on line and took first available.

Had a vaccination done because my employer required it back in August. My employer never got verification that it was completed. I called the minute clinic customer service to get a copy of my vaccine. They could not verify my identity because things weren't matching. Turns out the only thing that was correct was my first and last name! My DOB was wrong, my address was wrong, phone number was wrong, and even my email was wrong! Luckily, I was able to find my copy of my visit summery, or there would be no proof I was even here! Customer service could not correct my information over the phone, I had to physically come down to this location (again), to have my demographics corrected. I don't think I will ever use CVS Minute Clinic services again.

Extremely offended disrespected and somehow discriminated by the African woman working at this location, I went this morning to have my test read she told I need an appointment ..I booked an appointment for 5pm left my work early, I get there at 4:55 shes sitting legged crossed with her phone on her hands and telling me to wait for 5pm while shes probably playing candy crush..really..Than legs crossed acting like shes Elon Musk of MinuteClinic at CVS ..she tells me that I should have come in the morning?? HOW THE F…you put people like this in this position..how can I trust this company??Than ..she starts discriminating cause she heard me talk with European accent white boy ..she goes this is not Macdonald's, and even on Macdonald's you need appointment??A total IGNORANT person..what can you expect from the her manager and the rest of them that hired her!!

I had an appointment yet they were running 38+ minutes late without giving me a heads up. That said, the workers are very professional and kind.

They shouldn't advertise as a walk in clinic to be told they have no appointments available the same day. The whole business is a racket

I was shocked when I walked in this morning and a nurse was yelling at a customer by the minute clinic. Very unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. I almost didn't get my covid shot with my husband..

Not actually a walk-in clinic, you have to make an appointment to be seen.

Had a Covid test done on Thursday. Results were meant to come back in 24-48 hrs. I even asked if the results would be back on time as I was travelling aboard . They assured me they would be . 60hrs later I got my results. I had to cancel my flights and did not get to spend the holidays with my family. Had to be retested and wasted another 3 days and had to pay $1800 on top of existing flight for another flight as the flights cost more on New Year’s Eve.I would not recommend this testing center if you want you test for travel. Wasted my time , gas and money. We have been dealing with the pandemic for over a year and a half come on CVS get your act together.
