Extremely offended disrespected and somehow discriminated by the African woman working at this location, I went this morning to have my test read she told I need an appointment ..I booked an appointment for 5pm left my work early, I get there at 4:55 shes sitting legged crossed with her phone on her hands and telling me to wait for 5pm while shes probably playing candy crush..really..Than legs crossed acting like shes Elon Musk of MinuteClinic at CVS ..she tells me that I should have come in the morning?? HOW THE F…you put people like this in this position..how can I trust this company??Than ..she starts discriminating cause she heard me talk with European accent white boy ..she goes this is not Macdonald's, and even on Macdonald's you need appointment??A total IGNORANT person..what can you expect from the her manager and the rest of them that hired her!!

I had an appointment yet they were running 38+ minutes late without giving me a heads up. That said, the workers are very professional and kind.

They shouldn't advertise as a walk in clinic to be told they have no appointments available the same day. The whole business is a racket

I was shocked when I walked in this morning and a nurse was yelling at a customer by the minute clinic. Very unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. I almost didn't get my covid shot with my husband..

Not actually a walk-in clinic, you have to make an appointment to be seen.

Had a Covid test done on Thursday. Results were meant to come back in 24-48 hrs. I even asked if the results would be back on time as I was travelling aboard . They assured me they would be . 60hrs later I got my results. I had to cancel my flights and did not get to spend the holidays with my family. Had to be retested and wasted another 3 days and had to pay $1800 on top of existing flight for another flight as the flights cost more on New Year’s Eve.I would not recommend this testing center if you want you test for travel. Wasted my time , gas and money. We have been dealing with the pandemic for over a year and a half come on CVS get your act together.

Don’t waste your time going here. They do NOT know what they’re doing. My dad went with clear symptoms of Lyme disease and they wouldn’t treat him. We called his PCP and he said don’t want to start treatment, start ASAP.

Hilary was great and efficient, she saw me quickly and listened intently before getting me on track to recovery.

Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I don't see how anyone could give either of the two sweet ladies a bad review. I am a happy customer 100% Thanks MinuteClinic

I needed some stitches taken out in my scalp. No waiting, no fuss. The nurse practitioner was great

Very difficult to get through (phone call) to the Minute Clinic - voice mail and automated message hell. Trying to determine if they have the Flu Vaccine available as there appears to be a shortage in the area. Hung-up after 20 minutes.

Unless you want a flu shot or need help applying a band-aid, simply do not waste your time at this place. Are the practitioners nice? Sure. Can they be of use in any other way whatsoever? No. I have been to this facility on two different occasions over the past two years and was sent away both times without help...of course, still after waiting to be seen and still being charged. Today, was the second time. I went in for a sinus infection. Something I have dealt with 16 years now, every year, at least twice a year. My PCP simply did not have any open appointments today and the ReadyMEDs in the area were on hour plus waits. So, I went to this place instead. Nurse practitioner seen me and confirmed that, yes, I have a sinus infection. My paperwork even reports middle ear effusions in both ears, mucosal edema and rhinorrhea, maxillary sinus tenderness and frontal sinus tenderness on both left and right sides. The treatment? Nothing. Yup, that's right. Not my usual Amoxicillin, nor any other antibiotic. I was told to take OTC meds....Um, the meds I told you I've been taking for 3 days now that haven't even touched my symptoms, but I've only gotten worse? Yes, that's right. Ummmmm, care to explain? Per doctor's words, verbatim, "If I were at any other clinic, I would give you antibiotics. However, we get audited here and there have been audits in the past which said we give antibiotics too frequently and too early. So we usually want patients to wait at least 10 days for symptoms and then we can prescribe medication." Seriously, 10 days? I took off from work today because of how bad I was feeling. I should also call off tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday, just to go back to your facility so you can finally give me the medication none of my other PCPs or any other places have had an issue prescribing me in the past 16 years? Thanks but no thanks. So now I get to waste even more of my day, sitting in a ReadyMED waiting room, where I should have gone in the first place, hoping to actually get an antibiotic. Utterly ridiculous.
