Got brakes done, needed new rotors and pads. Mechanics were very knowledgeable, efficient, cost effective, and explained all their decisions. Saved me some money by maintaining the current calipers rather than replacing them

I wanted to take a moment to mention the great team at Monro Muffler. I have my oil changed here monthly. Over time, Roland and his team have proven to be very knowledgeable, professional and HONEST!
They have always worked with me to maintain my car (198,000 miles so far!) and quickly and efficiently solve any problems that have come up. Most recently it was a tire issue. Roland found me the best deal and had me on my way. I love that I leave feeling safe in knowledge that my car is well maintained and if something comes up I know they can fix it! Much appreciated! Very frustrating experience. I purchased a Groupon for synthetic oil change. I booked it earlier in the week and received a confirmation text. I went to go for the oil change & the attendant told me he could not do the synthetic blend I purchased ($50 value) .. he said I’d have to pay $120. I walked out and said I’ll go somewhere else. Beware

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. They never rotated my tires, I know this cause I marked my rear left tire and it was still on the rear left when I went to pick it up. There was grease all over the inside and outside of my car,on my steering wheel on my volume nob the ac nob on the inside handle on the outside handle on the hood, on my passenger chair and shift nob and my driver seat is covered in black oil from their dirty oil cover uniforms. Never go here.

Overcharging for snow tire changeover like everywhere else. No reason it would cost $159 for something that takes 5 minutes. I will get my uncle to do it instead.
