Don’t come here I had alignment done couple weeks ago and my tire end up blowing up on the highway because the technician didn’t do his job right and the tire was getting eaten by the road I had to go to another shop and my alignment was all out of wack and now they giving me hassle for a refund when clearly their technicians don’t know how to do their job and the manager man what a dude horrible customer service only gave a star cuz had to post this but honestly this shop is garbage just go to meineke on Park Avenue

I had a fantastic experience at Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers on Belmont Street in Worcester. David Little, the store manager, is absolutely outstanding—professional, honest, and genuinely committed to great customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. Highly recommend this location thanks to David’s leadership and the team’s quality service!

I wanted to express my thanks for the great service I received when I came in with a flat tire. Jason was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions, which I truly appreciate. Dave and Josh stayed to help me when I was in a real bind. I got tires installed at Walmart (never again) and they broke 2 of my studs an lugnuts. cant drive with only 3 safety wise. it was late in the day on a Saturday close to 4pm. they helped me put immensely I will continue to go here for all my car needs !

I went to Monroe Auto Body to get my coolant checked, and they diagnosed it as a specific issue, which cost me nearly $1,000 to repair. However, the next day, it was still leaking—turns out it was a completely different issue. So I spent a thousand dollars on a part that probably didn’t need to be replaced.
Despite that experience, I gave them another shot and brought in my other vehicle for a check engine light. They told me it had several issues and that $2,800 worth of work would have it running like brand new. After the repairs, the car still runs rough—arguably worse than before—and the check engine light is still on. I brought it back a couple of times, and now they’re telling me I need to take it to Ford.
At this point, I’ve spent over $4,000 at Monroe Auto Body and I’m still dealing with the same problems. I feel like I got scammed, and I hope someone from the shop will step up, take accountability, and refund me for the Ford repairs at the very least.
Everyone, please be cautious if you’re thinking of bringing your car here.

Been here a few different times to have my tires repaired. They're always able to look at my car same day and prices are fair. Never had an issue. Will go again.

Would give this location zero stars if I could. Do not ever spend your money with this company. I purchased 4 brand new tires for my car today and spend $910. They do not have the machines for tire alignment at one location and sends you to Monroe, “their sister company” for the alignment at a discounted price. I let the employee Anthony know that I should have a discounted price. He said “no one called me about that.” I asked if that was the regular price or discount and he said “that’s my regular price & no one called me” as if he own the company. I offered multiple times to call tire warehouse and ask that they call him. He said “you don’t need to and I don’t care how much money you spent.” Obviously after that I was upset and said excuse me to which he happily repeated “I said I do not care how much money you spent. & I don’t have to provide you service.” At that point I got pissed and said refuse me service.. because you’re being disrespectful and I won’t allow it.. he then proceeded to call the police on me because he didn’t want to hear anything else I had to say. Happily provided my license plate as if I committed some kind of crime. Wonderful service and your business.. all of them.. will never receive another penny from me after years of business and thousands spent. The “customer service” number doesn’t get you to any people and you have to leave a message & hope for a call back.
