What a character. Dan Myers is so helpful and knowledgeable. While the store might look chaotic, it's orderly chaos and Dan is willing to spend time and answer all your questions. If you need anything truck accessory-wise, stop in and speak to Dan. If he doesn't have it or can't order it, he'll refer you to someone who can help you out. And say hi and spend some time with Hendley - just make sure he doesn't sneak out the open door.

"WARNING READ THIS BEFORE GOING THERE" I was really disgusted with the customer service I received. I had purchased a bunch of parts and was unsure on a few fitting properly. It turned out that I needed to return 2 brand new, unopened fittings within a week of purchasing them. When I contacted the store I was rudely spoke to and told NO, I already restocked and he hung up. Mind you, these parts are very commonly used and would easily be purchased by another customer. I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of customer care.

The owner was rude from the minute I walked through the door. Wasn't interested in my business and just kept repeating "I don't know " Never been so unsatisfied

I didn't need much, I only spent about a hundred bucks but he made me feel like I spent a grand. I will definitely be back and send my car buddies there.
