Every morning I buy breakfast at Exeter Nouria. Free coffee for rewards customers. James manager discontinued coffee he DECAF ice coffee?! What’s up with that customer service levels terrible. Unacceptable response

Had a pair of prescription glasses stolen at their location in Lynnfield, MA. Clerk unhelpful, nobody to call. Left message for owner to call, never did. Tried calling you either get a voicemail or the non English speaking cashier hangs up on you. Terrible customer service.

Unfriendly and uninterested worked there for over two years and now I can't even get my w2 from last year
