The fact that they have kept family members who remain in contact under the same team is a huge conflict of interest and can incorporate a bias against each family member under the same treatment team. Not professional at all. This is definitely going to be brought to their attention with legal services and their human rights department. Huge Conflict of Interest!!!

They DO NOT let their clients get high ? ... Omg people get SO JEALOUS...
I'm a recovering addict, & this place SAVED my life. People who do not know about open sky throw shade(talk crap) because they are not like AdCare or are a detox facility. They work with the clients on their levels. I guarantee if I tried to do any type of drugs in front of them(even smoke) they would reschedule and walk out on you. It's inappropriate... Not murder. All of you who don't really know about O.S. Keep sitting up high in your towers while looking down in judgement with fragile minds. I ♥️ OPEN SKY!!! & Thank you so much for your commitment to me!!!

I heard this program helps with Homelessness I contacted them several times no reach I went to 39th Annual Valley Friendship Tour cause my friend spoke at the event about how he got helped & they helped him get an apartment I just need hand in need of time I went to office is closed I also tried the southbridge one office was closed

Driver of one of their vans drives around with a mini megaphone as she uses it to heckle people walking down the street!! She purposefully did under the speed limit and when people tried to pass her she would speed up to block them as she yelled at them with the megaphone!! She's going to get someone hurt if not killed with her ridiculous behavior!! She needs to be terminated before she goes to far!!!

I love Open Sky. I have been a client here since 2019 and they have helped me in so many ways. First I lived in one of their group homes and then they helped me find a beautiful apartment, which I still live in today. I have gotten to know many of the employees on Team C in Leominster, they are very hard working and I enjoy working with my team. They have helped me to achieve many of my goals and I will always be thankful to have Open Sky in my life.

The Open Sky Community Services organization is a non-profit that provides support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Recently, allegations have arisen against Director Samantha Aikey for stealing money from members, unethical behavior, and involuntarily dismissing mentally disabled members without due process. As a result, it is imperative that Open Sky take disciplinary action against and remove Director Aikey from her position.Firstly, stealing money from members is a serious offense that cannot be ignored. This is especially concerning as Open Sky is a non-profit organization that relies on donations and grants to operate. Any misappropriation of funds goes against the values of the organization and undermines the trust of the community.Secondly, the allegations of unethical behavior cannot be overlooked. As a Director, Samantha Aikey is responsible for ensuring that all actions taken by the organization are ethical and legal. Any behavior that goes against these principles is unacceptable and could damage the reputation of the organization and its ability to provide services to the community.Thirdly, the involuntary dismissal of mentally disabled members without due process is a violation of their rights and goes against the mission of Open Sky. It is the responsibility of the organization to provide support and care to all members, regardless of their mental or physical abilities. Involuntary dismissal without due process could lead to harm and a lack of support for these individuals, which is unacceptable.Furthermore, it is important to note that Director Samantha Aikey does not possess the necessary formal education or training to retain her position. The Director of an organization such as Open Sky must have the qualifications and experience necessary to effectively lead the organization and provide support to its members. Without proper education and training, Director Aikey may not be equipped to make informed decisions that are in the best interest of the organization and its members.In conclusion, the allegations of stealing money from members, unethical behavior, and involuntary dismissal of mentally disabled members without due process are serious offenses that cannot be ignored. These actions go against the values and mission of Open Sky and could harm the community. Additionally, Director Samantha Aikey's lack of formal education and training makes it difficult for her to effectively lead the organization. Therefore, it is imperative that Open Sky takes disciplinary action against and removes Director Aikey from her position. This will ensure that the organization can continue to provide the necessary support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Open Sky employs people who live one way by day and totally contrary by night. Employees having affairs with new hires, harassing and threatening members of society and when brought to the attention of Ms. Matiske she chose to ignore the employees behavior that continues to escalate.I think Mr Bates needs to be brought into the loop and be aware of such disgraceful behavior by staff.

Staff is rude and conniving, even the house managers and director, right from the beginning. All the good staff leave. Upper management covers managers when they do something wrong. Willful ignorance. Nothing good to say about them. Demeaning.
