Been coming here for years. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Everything is clean and organized. The best pedicures, manicures and full sets are given here!

I am so disappointed with my nails they are so thick and uneven. Doesn’t look anything like my picture and the lady who did my nails was very rough and was rushing like I wasn’t going to pay for these nails. When I tried to speak up and say anything she just brushed me off and said she wasn’t done. Horrible customer service ??♀️and these nails were for my graduation I’m highly disappointed and I dont recommend this salon at all especially for special events.

I have been here in the past for a mani and pedi and all times the ladies have been great and friendly and try to have some conversation, today 9-16-2023, I went in for a 2 oclock appt for dip powder, was greeted by the MAN who told me to pick my color and have a seat, so I did, he waved me back, he proceed to remove my polish, never even trying to have conversation with me at all, he was very rough and pushed me hands away roughly when he was done working on them, he would push my fingers down with force if they got in the way, VERY VERY aggressive, doesnt seem to like his job much, was opening and closing the desk draw to look at his phone, positive note he did a really good job despite his lack of communication and really bad dimeanor, I will go back BUT hopefully wont get him, I almost asked him at one point if he liked his JOB!!!

The staff was really nice however the skill lacks. I have naturally long nails. They made my nails look tick and uneven.

This salon takes their time with pedicures. I go back every 3 weeks for one. Nail art is available also. I would ask to soak nails for removal as they just took mine off with a nail which was painful so I advise to ask for soaking for removal. Service is polite and turn times adequate:) friendly staff!
