Very upset. Has not even been 3 weeks but the new battery I bought for my Honda is faulty. Even when only off for a few hours my car will not have power to turn on. I no joke pop the hood, wiggle the battery and my car turns on, nothing else. How am I not supposed to think it’s the battery, I even have this on film. Unless they can test this which they can’t, O’reilly’s has a zero return on installed batteries. Now I am out $100+ on another battery because I have to replace the faulty one. This is so disappointing as I always choose o’Reilly over the competitors but this is likely to change.

Atendent spent 5-10min on theit phone talking and ignoring me while I was waiting to look for a part. Very nice guy but wasted a ton of time. I was in a semi rush but was chill because I thought they had it in stock based on the website. Turns out they didn't but had it at a different location. Once known they ordered it for me at the other location to pick up but still dragged their foot and meandered leading me to not be able to pick it up before they close...

We went in for a super specific part and David was so kind and lovely in helping us find what we needed. He was sweet, knowledgeable, and very personable. Literally never want to go anywhere else because he made everything so fun and easy

Went to this location because of a check engine light. Roger, the associate who helped us, was quick to assist my daughter with the issue with her car. He then was able to order the part, and 2 hours later, the part was at the store, and I was able to install it. The customer service was spot on, and it was a perfect interaction.

I needed a new windshield wiper for passenger side. Asst Manager Kenny informed me there was a special happening and I was able to get both wipers and he even installed them for me! As a very senior citizen I really, really appreciated his helpfulness and assistance! If you need parts or service it’s the place to go! 315 Gruve Street in Worcester! And it is almost across the street from. Dunkin’s besides!

My dude Kenny is nice with it. Definitely go see him if you have an issue in need of fixing. I needed coolant and he knew just the right one to recommend me. Also went above and beyond and let me use his hand sanitizer. Great staff working there.

There is a guy with long Hispanic hair, he speaks English and Spanish and when I arrived at this place I discovered for the first time that he has extraordinary customer service. I came from AutoZone very frustrated by the terrible customer service and when I got here 315 Grove St the Guy made me feel much better. I hope there are more people like this great man. While he is there I will continue visiting that store for any need I have for my Toyota Camry car. Thank you very much bro.

I asked an employee for a product similar to liquid rubber that hardens when exposed to air. He seemed friendly and eager to help, so I explained my situation and asked for his assistance. He directed me to the right place, but I'm pretty sure there is no such thing as liquid rubber. Instead, he suggested epoxy as the next best alternative. I followed his advice and used the epoxy for my project, which worked perfectly. I want to thank him for his help, and I'm glad I found what I needed.
