I bought a vape yesterday morning and it’s already dead, they usually last me a week. I’ve never had a problem with my vapes from here. I called to ask about an exchange and I was hung up on by a man, I proceeded to call 7 more times with no answer, he finally answered and told me to bring in the vape. I came in with the vape, only to be told the exchange can only happen if I had the box or receipt (I have never been given a receipt from here). Obviously I didn’t have the box (who keeps those and I’ve also never had a problem with my vapes from here so I had no reason to keep it). He also would not take a bank transaction which I had up on my phone with the date it was purchased (yesterday). Why did he tell me only to bring the vape when that clearly is not how it work? Probably to have me buy a new one which is what I ended up doing. Terrible experience. Tell your customers the right things to bring in when doing an exchange, also don’t hang up on them!

I have been a long time customer the store and have spent well into the thousands over the last six years of going here. I bought a Vape mine today for $82. They did not have the batteries in stock to fit it. All together with the air freshener and the vape juice, I spent $194. I was upset that they did not have the batteries. I asked to exchange it. I had filled the vape tank with my juice and the woman refused to exchange it. She told me to go drive to another smokeshop. The closest one is 30 minutes away and it's pouring rain. That is piss poor customer service and everyone should avoid this place. On what planet does this store think it's acceptable to sell some thing to someone for not a small chunk of change and not have what they need to use it and then tell them to go pound sand and drive 13 minutes in the pouring rain to go get some thing that they should've had already? I hate the store. I am never going back again. There is absolutely zero excuse for how I was treated today. If I didn't drop $84 in the mud, I would've left it on the ground when I threw it at the ground. Absolutely inexcusable and that woman should be utterly ashamed of herself. That would be like selling someone a car with an empty tank and I'm telling them to go get gas. Are you joking? This is an absolute joke of a store with joke employees who do not care about their customers one bit.

Got a new Luto vape here tonight. Didn't work. Took it apart. E-juice cartridge leaked all over the inside battery and components. Not fixable. Not returnable. Waste of time and money. This has happened at one other location with the Luto vapors. It was my first time at both those locations. I've never had any problems at my normal location.

The prices are cheap but the people inside are grimeyyyyy. Last time I went in there the dude working has no socks or shoes on lol was so weird and the lady could be one of the meanest most intimidating people under 5 feet I’ve ever met

The guy behind the counter was too lazy to get up and show me where something was. His bad attitude when he was directing me was enough to make me go to a competitor where I wasn't met by an attitude. Won't be coming back.
