SCAMMERS! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They advertised for Mazda CX50 Hybrid for $349 a month and zero down. I called the dealer to confirm the ad. Drove about 2 hours and they tried to double the monthly payment. I showed their ad and he ( salesperson ) said we didnt read the “fine print” when I had confirmed it with their internet department. Spent an hour justifying their ad and at the end the salesperson and manager said “thats how we get people to come to the dealership”. Basically tried scamming us and wasted MY TIME...DO NOT LET THEM WASTE YOURS! This is why people hate going to dealerships cuz of the dishonesty...

THEY SELL LEMON JUNK CARS WITH MAJOR FLAWS AND DONT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU. I HAD 2 LEMON CX30S FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND LOST 8 Thousand DOLLARS. The first one was so bad they had to take it back. The second one came with excessive amounts of transit damage they wouldn't acknowledge and said it's wear and tear and they won't do anything. It's not wear and tear the car was 3 days old when I noticed 20 rock chips on the tailgate and back bumper. It looked like it drove backwards into a sandblaster. Since they already helped me with the first lemon they took O responsibility and said too bad. The car also is horrible quality and there's so many flaws, including rust on a brand new car in the paint, the rims in the front inside are all chipped , the plastic trim on the tailgate is falling off, the car vibrates when put in drive, it rides rough and rumbles and shakes at speed. THEY SOLD ME 2 LEMONS and I ended up taking an 8 thousand dollar hit.
I reached out about my purchase and that I noticed a lot of issues owning it. I also tried to work with them to trade it in on another vehicle that better fit but there was no effort made to make something happen. They wanted to do no warranty work either and just telling me its normal. Mazda north America is also useless and incompetent.
I offered to just sell the car and was shocked by how low it's worth after only 3 months and less then 500miles. I understand it's a lease but it's devastating. Now I have no car and can't afford another one. I don't know what was done in the numbers, or the fact it's a 2024 going into 2025, but my other lease was bought out for the full price. The buyout didn't make sense either because the price for that buyout was lower then my contract between the residual, and payments over 36 months . I feel like some numbers games were played now and I'm stuck in the lemon 24 but I paid 8k to get out because the dealer wouldn't do anything.
After owning the cx30 it falls short in many ways, and the quality is not what I want to pay for or expected. Everything on this car is made so cheap. I just wanted this vehicle gone and wish they would've worked with me better then just saying go sell it to CarMax. I'm really aggravated and feel so ripped off. I was also just asking for a little bit more money to close the gap of my negative equity but they offered less then other dealers and suggested just going to CarMax. I'm disappointed and don't understand how my first lease was so easily bought out and this one is 8k under. I'm just looking for help to buy my car at a reasonable price but they couldn't even do that. No help from dealer. I left to voicemails to drop the lease off and pay 8k to get out of the worst quality vehicle i ever owned and no one called me back. I would never in my life buy a Mazda again. also Mazda corporate could careless too. Mazda sells junk quality cars that look nice and have no resale value. Mazda dealers are terrible networks. It's a bad brand. I'll never work with Mazda again and sure to let everyone know about it. I got screwed by Patrick Mazda Adam the sales manager and Nadrick thanks for making me lose all my money and thanks for nothing. I emailed the response from the person below and they never answered or acknowledged me so why respond to me? I hate this dealership, and I hate Mazda.

Just purchased a 2025 CX-50. Lou was my salesman. Very professional, no pressure and gave me the best deal. It was probably my best experience buying a car at a dealership. Lou was the best and thank you.

I have been going to Patrick since they were Saab dealers. Things are going up and down, but the Mazda franchise has been very well handled by the group. The valet service and coordination with the service team, really helped. Despite the issues I have with getting in and out of the car, the CX3 has been a great car.

Sales person was friendly and considerate during the sales process. Nothing was rushed or overlooked. He was very knowledgeable about the car and spent considerable time showing us the various details within the car.

I picked up my new CX 30, after being told it had been checked by service and was ready to go. I drove 3 miles and heard a loud grating sound, that caused bystanders to turn and look, accompanied by a pungent burning smell. I drove back to the dealership, and was told my salesman was busy. Another salesman told me the sound and smell were normal, and that I’d have to wait. My salesman finally appeared, and got into the car to drive with me. He aggressively spun it in circles, with me in it, and noticed the sound. He agreed there was an issue, and the sales manager came out. He agreed as well, and I was given a loaner in place of the new car I had just purchased. I was told the car had likely been sitting for a long time without being driven— so no one noticed the issue. I then got a 5 minute intro into how to use the infotainment system- which is completely counterintuitive- and left. To say I was disappointed with the experience is a huge understatement. If I could return it, I would.
