I arrived this morning to get some trash bags. The employee was on the phone and didn't answer me. She made me wait. I told her I needed to help her, and she told me I had to show the other employee something about the phone first. The two women were rude and said goodbye. They were practically dragging me out of the store. I'm a regular customer. Please tell the employees that customers come first, not phones. Check the cámeras.

This place sucks the cashiers was very rude saying bad words in front of kids making people wait in line they only had 3 people yelling at people they need people to work there and a new manager

I've shopped here for years and it's a decent place. Good customer service most of the time. Anthony is especially helpful and courteous. The deli staff are usually quite nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, their rotisserie chicken is not always reliably cooked through which I complained about over the phone. It's a small store so sometimes one has to go elsewhere to find certain things for instance, a large bag of Splenda. They only carry the small packets. I recommend the sliced roasted turkey breast - PC brand - from the deli. They do not store their asparagus in water and I frequently find it shriveled and inedible. Nice place overall but falls short on selection so 3 stars.

It is for me a great place to shop I'm 72 years old and this is the closest supermarket that's close by my home I hope they don't close it on Market it's a convenient place for me to shop

I walked in and waited at the customer service desk, no line, but I could see someone was putting items away. Eventually the heavy set woman behind the counter turned around. While continuing to ignore me, she waited on a man that had just walked up. I gave up and just went in to grab the few items I needed. At the checkout register, I asked the young lady if she had a store loyalty card available that she could give me. She said no so I said ok don't worry about it. She rings up my items, but then asks if I had a Price Chopper card. Clearly this young girl was an idiot. If these stores didn't have great bread, I'd never come back again. I can see why PC lags miles behind the other groceries in Worcester. Clearly you have to have either a brain deficit, or the opposite of customer service skills in order to work here. Service was so bad it was actually verged on comical. I guess I'll have to learn to bake bread.

Never in my life have I been to a more incompetent grocery store in my life. This place constantly tries to sell expired food. Vegetables, pickles, meat. Awful. Take your business else where.

The big lady at the cashier with short purple hair give me a really hard time. I told her I wanted to put my phone number in for my store card. She then told me I had to say the numbers slowly. I started to say the numbers and I noticed that she was waiting after one number so I started again with my phone number one at a time. She said that my card did not go through because I already gave her seven numbers I noticed it was because I started again and I asked her to put my number in again and she kept telling me that it didn't work and she didn't wanna put it in again. I told her never mind it's fine. How do people hire people that are like this to work at a cashier, it is absurd. requirements should be a little higher. she even argued with me that I gave her seven numbers. She should be stocking shelves or something, but not dealing with customers.

Great place to shop. This place is very clean. The atmosphere is very calm.This is one of the best places to be if u need fresh fruits and vegetables. Dairy products, meat, water, liquor, sweets etc can be found here. I almost forgot to talk about their sea foods?. If you are a lover of crabs and lobsters l bet you will enjoy buying from Price Chopper. You will have the opportunity to “point n kill” the lobster of your choice.The employees are young, energetic and very friendly. I love shopping here because the prices are cool and the employees are always willing to assist customers.There is enough parking space here. I recommend Price Chopper to y’all.

Prices are good. In addition to finding almost everything we need for the month's purchases. One problem is that there are almost always long villages for service. However, the staff are generally very attentive and receptive.
