I got home from grocery shopping and noticed a mouse ate out of the bread I purchased at Price Chopper on Sunderland Road. ? I called Price Chopper's costumer service line to report about the bread. When I called customer service the woman that answered was very rude to me. I'm not sure if costumer service calls are recorded but I hope they are. Her tone was as if I was bothering her by informing. She was rushing me to speak on the phone, sounded unconcerned and kept asking me what I wanted. I stated about the chew marks on the package and the eaten bread and asked if she would address the store for pest control. I am very dissatisfied about how I was treated as a costumer. I wasn't concerned about returning my purchase, I was just trying to bring attention to the problem. She was very unprofessional.

Never enough cashiers in this hell forsaken place, you think you could grab a carton of milk and be out of the place within 10 minutes, but it takes 30 minutes every time. They have lines to the back of the store at all times and are constantly understaffed. Whoever is making the decisions is horrible.

I live around the corner. This has been my go to market. Usually 4x a week I run in and do a quick shopping. Yesterday was the last day I will ever step foot in there. Dirty, employees act like Covid is a joke. Man in line behind me pulled mask off... proceeds to tell everyone he doesn't habe covid... ok good for u! Staff walk buy him and don't say anything. Mask still around his neck as he proceeds to cough without covering his mouth. Finally my turn in line.... store manager is at the entrance to the store fighting with a customer. Really? No social distancing..... ppl have to maneuver around them. Idiots! And FYI the stupid antibacterial wipes they have to clean your own carriage are just wet napkins. Disgusting. Lost a customer cause they couldn't get their act together during Covid.

There were only 2 registers open and the lines were down the grocery aisles. It was ridiculous. The line at the service desk was about 8-9 ppl deep.

The front end are not friendly or nice. The meat department had no meat today and when the do its spoiled or about to spoil. The only nice person is Joey. They all at the front end look like they don't want to be there.

I love shopping at Price Chopper! Super clean, big aisles, great selection, fresh produce, and open late.

This is my local PC. Today, I needed help at the bakery, there was also a lady there who had already been waiting for over 10 mins. After waiting and waiting for 20 friking minutes of my life, I decided to call the store, yes, call from my phone while in the store, the bakery dept phone took me to intercom and it called for a baker and NOTHING, so I called customer service and the woman says "if no one showed up then we don't have a baker today" What the heck? Aren't they supposed to know if they have one or not? So the lady and I left, I went to Stop&Shop on Grafton St and found what I was looking for, better price and really nice baker!

Such wonderful and friendly customer service! A store manager recently went out of his way all the way into the parking lot to bring me the brand of coffee I had been trying to find! Very sweet and sincere staff at every register too. Ever since we discovered that Shop & Stop on Grafton keeps it's prices purposely higher than everyone else so the people who use food stamps go through the them faster I won't shop there. So mean. This Price Chopper is my local go-to! Thanks!

Went in here today with my boyfriend to see if the brand of soda he likes was on sale. We were walking around and saw at 5 pm that the bakery was COMPLETELY closed! There was a sign up saying that the bakery should have been open until 9 pm! ( I posted a picture of the sign that was outside on the pitch black bakery department)

Well there were no carts to be found anywhere I walked in and out of the store in confusion wondering where they were. I finally obtained one from a woman outside who had just finished packing her groceries into her vehicle. They have the smallest selection of foods possible. The prices are extremely steep and the quality of the food is terrible. The cup of "fresh" cantaloupe chunks that I was looking forward to turned out to be rotten; they tasted sour and disgusting, I obviously tossed them in the garbage. The customer service was nice and that was the only good thing I took from my experience there, aside from that, it's no good so save yourself the time and the money and go elsewhere for your groceries.

This is a rather small price chopper. It's also smack in the middle of a residential neighborhood. If you blink, you'll miss it! (house, house, house, price chopper, house, house, church, house, house...) Prices are the same as all the other choppers in the area. A bit high.

I never felt loyal to any 1 store before, but I gotta give Price Chopper on Sunderland rd. a huge shout-out. Employees and management are always friendly, the aisles are clean, the prices are awesome and the** MEAT PACKAGE FOR $99** is UNbeatable! I recently had reason to contact the store with a question, and, to my suprise-got not only a timely reply, but P.C.'s Lisa, has followed through and kept in touch. Stores that reply to- and genuinely care about- their customers are almost extinct. When was the last time you called a company and spoke to someone instead of hearing "I'm sorry, I didn't understand you. For produce, press 1..."?? The big Super-Mega all-in-one stores (I won't mention names, of course, but you know who they are)don't even compare! Way to go, Price Chopper!!!
