Avoid Pro Car Autos – A Warning to Potential Buyers
I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Pro Car Autos. A month ago, I bought a car from them, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Here's what happened:
1. Unsafe Vehicle: The car turned out to be a complete junker. Even the tires couldn’t pass inspection.
2. Title Issues: The title was processed incorrectly. Despite assuring me they knew what they were doing, they made a mess of it.
3. Mechanical Failures: Within the first week, the car broke down in traffic. I called them, and they towed it back. When they returned the car, the mileage had increased, and my four-wheel drive was depleted. They didn’t even address the issues properly—lights on the dashboard remained on.
4. Warranty Deception: The car came with a three-month warranty, so I decided to have it inspected by Jeep. That’s when I discovered the extent of the issues they never disclosed.
This dealership is untrustworthy. They don’t stand by their word, and their cars are unreliable. Save yourself the headache and avoid buying from Pro Car Autos.

Sold my uncle an Infinity that wasn’t inspection ready and it broke down already. Bought September 2024 and the engine light is on also. Engine light appeared after they pick the car up when it broke down within 90 days. 🍋 🍋🍋🍋🍋

They are honestly just scammers. Please don’t buy a car from here. I bought a jeep from him, I brought it in a week later to get fixed. He didn’t have access to the part so he was supposed to call me when he received it-never got a phone call from him and when I reached out I was ignored. Told me the ticking in my engine was “normal for jeeps”. He lied to the financing company about vehicle information. Now a year later I am out a vehicle and in a lot of debt. Save yourself a headache.

Horrible place, claimed they fixed everything when I bought the car, take it to my job and find out i have a leaking axle and missing hose for my wiper fluid. I bring it in for repair on those , and today i find out that same axle is still leaking. Horribly. I tell them they didn’t fix it right and they say they fixed everything. If you want to get scammed by someone go here for sure.

I came in at 11am, I did not leave until 2:30 pm for the first time. Then I come back at 3:45 as I was texted we had an offer for financing. When I get back, the salesman was about 20 minutes late from when he told me he’d be back. Then at 5:15-5:20, I’m told the bank isn’t answering the phone. I don’t mind waiting, but I do mind my time getting wasted and given the runaround.
