This place was so cute! The staff was really nice and I loved all the different dress options they got! I was really worried that I wouldn't find a dress, but I found it just in time for my prom!

Do NOT recommend!!
The gowns are gorgeous! There is a great variety. That is where anything good ends.
My daughter's Quinceañera gown was ordered on April 19, and came in on April 29th. We made an appointment for our first fitting on May 14th. My daughter immediately realized when she got it on that it was the wrong size. We ordered (and paid half of the total) a size 22.
They pretended that this was no big deal and even told me that the only difference in the sizes was that length of the back panel and they could fix that. Well, I was raised by a seamstress so I KNOW that is not the truth, but I was worried about a replacement being late. The event was scheduled for June 22nd. So I allowed them to do the alterations while I swallowed a lump.
There were srltrands of beads which were broken as well. It was VERY clear that they never even bothered to look at the gown when they received it. They said they would fix those too.
2nd fitting was scheduled for 5/25. We live an hour from the shop. 5 minutes before our appointment they vmcalled and canceled. After some back and forth, the girl finally admitted that the alterations weren't finished. We were rescheduled for the 26th.
When we arrived for that fitting, my daughter tried the gown on and the shoulder straps (part of the agreed alterations) were put in the wrong place. They pinned, my daughter took the gown off and they almost immediately had her put it back on. Then we were told they would need another hour or so....
The gown worked, but it certainly did not fit the way it should have.The way ot WOULD have if it was the correct size.
Part of the price included them steaming the gown so all we would need to do was put it in a steamy bathroom to release any "wrinkles". But when we took it out of the garment bag, it had clearly NEVER been done. You know those fold creases? The ones you have when something is brand new, straight out of the box? BINGO! I spent 3 hours trying to make the skirt presentable.
So, at the end of the day, don't bother with this place if you care about how you look because they clearly do not.

The staff at the store were helpful, friendly and patient. However the younger manager was extremely arrogant, rude, obnoxious and is definitely not a plus for this beautiful store. Her customer service sucks

The bridal shop is very nice on the inside. Wedding dresses are nice. I bought quite a few dress from Q-Look Bridal. My favorites are Javoni, Night Moves,Tiffany Dresses and a few other names. Quincenera dress I purchased a few years back.
In 2024 the upgrade over the years prior is the hall rental and decorations which I give a 4 1/2 ? stars
4.5 star rating for decorations for the events in hall A & B.
Bridal area decoration 4.5 how it's set up for sales of merchandise.
Customer service is good but needs a little more improvement and customers need to be more polite but for the most part they have good customers like any store we have friendly customers and middle of the road customers.

Beautiful gowns and exceptional service. Priced vary from low to high and also a clearance section. I believe they have layaway,but please call and make sure. And call to make an appointment.

Shop is beautiful! Wide variety with an abundance of inventory. Maria is exceptional and there is a talented seamstress on sight!

I was pleasantly surprised when my daughter and I went here to look for prom dresses. The store didn’t look very big from the outside, but they had tons of dresses! The dresses were reasonably priced. Unfortunately, we didn’t end up buying one there. We wanted to see a certain dress in a different color, but they didn’t have it in the store. We could order, but all sales are final and we don’t want to get stuck with a dress that we haven’t seen. Employees are very friendly and happy to help.

What an amazing experience! My girlfriend and I needed dresses for my father’s wedding. She is slim and I am plus size. We both always HATE dress shopping because it’s hard to find things that feel right on us. We were headed to Natick but decided to stop in here just to see, with low expectations. We were blown away. The customer service was astonishing. I think the young woman who helped us that day was Mackenzie? She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with dress options, what would work, what they can order, how it can be tailored, and spent several hours with us patiently helping us find dresses that we felt good in with no pressure. She helped us take pics to share, and helped us in/out of various gowns so kindly and professionally. We chose our dresses and decided to put them on hold and go to Natick to see other options just in case we found something else we loved more, and called on our way home from the mall to pay for them, because they were clearly superior to any other options. Aria couture at Natick mall wouldn’t even give me the time of day as a plus sized women and clearly had no interest in our business. I’m so glad we stopped into Q-look! We also had both dresses tailored in store and they came out perfect. I could not be happier with my experience there. I strongly recommend this boutique for all dress needs. I’m SURE I will be back at some point. Thank you again for making us look like princesses for my father’s special day!

Lied about dry cleaning a wedding dress. When my fiance took the dress to a taylor, he validated that there was no way the dress was dry cleaned due to the amount of stains/dirt on it. BEWARE!
