**BEWARE before choosing this location**
Probably one of the worst lab experiences that my pregnant wife had to go through...
We arrived at the lab did the screen checkin and we're promptly greeted. Up until this point everything everything was ok, but the the problem started when, person that was helping me wife, told her that she had to go back home and print documents even though on the online directions it said we can either show the document son the phone or print. We asked if we needed anything else before we went back, and she said she just needed the documents printed.
Regardless we went back home and printed out a booklet worth of papers and went back.
When we arrived again, she was scurrying and said that we missed on document. So she would not be able to help us, we knew it was a stretched but asked if it would be okay if she could print those 2 sheets that were missing for us. She said she can't do that, really seemed like this lady did not want to help us. On top of that she said that because we did not have their name of. That sheet we could not get labs.
At the end this lady was giving of so many excuses and it seemed like she wanted to do the bare minimum.
On top of all of this the language she was using is really bad, as she was belittle every patient she was attended and not professional. At all.
We were so upset we left and went to us mass, where we got everything done in literally under 20 minutes.
This place is an embarrassment and I highly recommend against Quest unless you want to waste your time.

This is a horrible service. I am paying to drug screen our employees. Its mostly automated and it is still constantly to a hault. You can not get through to a person on the phone number listed. Calls get directed to another prompt. Awful. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I have been here a few times. The check in never finds my appointment. I watch others have the same problem. The nurse comes out and says it never works. Why have it? Because there's no competition. So they don't need costumer service because they don't care.

I scheduled an appointment, even checked in for my appointment and was no one was in the building, I waited outside in the cold for 45 minutes thinking someone is just running late to work and come to find out the location is closed. I was able to make an appointment and even check in, I took time off of work for this appointment. Very dissatisfied.
