I do not understand all the positive reviews for this place. It is a completely computerized system. When I was there yesterday 10 lost elderly people were trying to get help because they couldn't manage the digital nightmare of setting up an appointment and checking into a system with no personnel to help you.

This location was efficient and served me on time. In addition, it's an easy-to-access location with ample parking.

Jennifer was quick and did the blood draw with no issues. The parking lot is flat and has a handicapped curb cut in front of the main door. Main building doors are handicapped accessible. Lab doors are not powered. Building being at the intersection of Rt 12 and Rt 122a at Shaws has traffic issues. Parking in front has time limits from 15 min to 30 min. Next to the 30 min parking are 3 EV chargers, not sure of the brand but they are not a recognized Tesla style.

I love being able to make the appointment online and then check in at the kiosk. We brought my disabled daughter in for bloodwork and the technician was amazing with her. He took his time to explain everything he was doing and he did a perfect painless stick. We were very happy with our visit.

Horrible experience in W Boylston St. Worc. The only man who is working there was extremely rude not only to me but to all the patients!! He is in a wrong profession!

Initially I was very frustrated with Quest after trying three times as a walk-in. Then I made it to the Quest on W Boylston St in Worcester. What a difference! Vera was my technician and she was wonderful…cheerful, polite, professional, an absolute pleasure. Now I know which location to use the next time I need lab work done. Highly recommend this location and more so Vera!

I gotta say Quest has to have the friendliest staff they are absolutely the best than my other options. In fact my only other option for Saturday labs is 20 miles away and they are always busy. In fact I went 6 months ago and I went for 8am and got there at 745 I left at 840 and I had an appointment. I went to Quest as a walk in on Saturday at 7a I was on my way at 718a.

Nice lab, smooth check-in but long wait and confusing rules around walk-ins and appointments. When you walk in they give you an appointment time but they don't tell you that you could be called anytime between then and that appointment time. They also don't tell you that you can have them text you when they are ready for you instead of waiting in the waiting room. So, I ended up waiting in the lobby for over an hour until they asked who I was. They said I didn't have an appointment even though my name was still up on the TV. Not very helpful and understaffed (which isn't their fault I guess).

Couldn't book appointment online. Tried booking by phone - all voice prompts, wasn't able to book anything. More than very frustrating!

They're in the same building as my doctor so I've been using them for 15 years & never had a problem. The phlebotomists are capable, hard working people providing a valuable service well. I get that the check in kiosk takes time & confuses some people, but that's how the world works these days. I don't know how much help the staff provides in that regard but I do know it's often a very busy place with a full waiting room & multiple phlebotomists working flat out. So if you get any hand holding rejoice!
