I have to give props to this Rainbow! I haven’t been to this store since I was in high school in the 90s. I needed a last minute white outfit, like really last minute…I found out at 6:30pm that I needed this for the next morning.
I went to a few other stores but since it’s after Labor Day, there’s not much in stock for white clothes, not that are displayed or accessible anyways, and I didn’t have time to dig.
I saw Rainbow and decided to pop in and see what they had and they knocked it out of the park. I got a whole white outfit (pants, shirt, cardigan) and matching sunglasses for under $30 and one of the women there walked around the store with me showing me all the white items and also picked out the glasses for me. She was truly incredible!
The only reasons I am rating 4 instead of 5 stars is because you can’t try anything on in the store and because when they cashed me out they left a security tag on one of the items, but it didn’t sound the alarm when I left the store, so I had to go back to have them remove it the same night. Thank goodness they were still open!

The store is incredible, I love the clearance rack I can make a whole outfit just with 15 dollar, the customer service at this store has improved from a year now, I see new staff and they are nice and helpful. the store manager Jen is great and helpful, i also love the tall girl with the purple hair Bonnie she’s awesome, ☺️ try it Out ladies they have women’s and kids clothes and I’m telling you the prices are great but it sucks they don’t have fitting room

This location has gone up in customer service 100 percent over the last year. I had to shop for my wife , Jen was super helpful and made me feel welcome. 5 stars

the people who work here are usually rude and so are most of the customers there. the clothes aren’t good quality there’s really no point. yea some stuff is cute but is it worth it to get dirty looks, bad service, and bad quality ? if your looking for cheaper options for clothes tho id recommend primark, khols clearance section (trust) charlotte russe and rue21. if your looking for going out/more revealing i’d stick with the last 2 tho.

This store is run so badly they are not clear that you have to go to one side at check out, then in stead of telling me that I am standing in wrong spot the lady just over looks me like I’m transparent, then decides to tell me I’m in the wrong spot after she takes more people just because she could see I was frustrated, every time I have an issue here! They need to teach their staff customer service!! Seems like I leave empty handed every time I go because I will not take disrespect!! I’d rather spend my money in a place that is respectful and sell better things then this cheap store with poor quality clothes
