We love how Sandy made our home look via website pictures and the 3D tour. Our home was only on the market for a week. We only had one open house weekend and got several offers from that. Jeff Burk was everything you could want in a realtor. Always available with either an answer to my numerous questions, putting out my trash after I left to forwarding my mail etc. I couldn’t have asked for a better selling experience. After working with a few different realtors we found the Warfield team who was local to our area and decided to work with them to see if we could have better luck finding a home in a very aggressive market. We had the pleasure of working with Kim to find our home this past fall. She was responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. We put in offers on multiple properties before having one accepted and Kim was great about seeing listings quickly and helping us navigate putting in offers that were competitive and that we were comfortable with. We are now settled in our first home - a new build in the town we desired most and so thankful for Kim helping us find the perfect home for us!

Donna warfield and her team where excellent. We used them as our buyer agent on our first home purchase. Donna always made her self available to us for any questions and went above and beyond our expectations and even assumed some of the seller agents responsibilities in order to keep our closing date.
