The nurses and triage staff was nice to me and they did great job at listening and understanding, but the doctor š§āāļø was just not supportive at all, Iām having all kinds of issues with medication he prescribed after I had told him to be cautious about that but he just ignored it now Iām not getting better itās making me sick

If you aren't dying, you will wait forever. The queue means nothing on time. The window separating the waiting room to the clinic is disheartening since you can see the nurses just standing around and talking. You are better off going to a doctors office.

I had gone in for severe wrist pain after a sports related injury, they had told me to wear a storebought split with no support for two weeks it has now been four and my wrist is still damaged and in pain. No one seemed like they cared and I was barely examined. They completed general wrist and hand xrays when I made it clear that it was specifically the carpal region. I left feeling usure due to the lazy xrays and since the doctor (I believe her name was Dr.Chu; lovely lady, just completely unsatisfactory service) had told me to not too often wear my splint and to keep moving my wrist. I could not move my wrist at all at the time without experiencing excruciating pain. I am able to move my fingers and wrist slightly at this point but only in certain directions. I had gotten it looked at by a friend who is an orthopedic surgeon and he was quick to tell it was an issue in my scaphoid which is IN the carpal region. If I had gotten a proper xray on the correct region I would probably not have to waste my time literally weakening my wrist and forcing movement on it. I was also told upon leaving it could be a bruised bone but was told this without an MRI even being conducted. Mind you, the doctor told me to move my wrist and use it as much as possible...if you do this on a bruised bone it can cause a break. Luckily the wait was not too bad but still, I am currently begging my doctor to send me to a different radiology unit somewhere else.

I had to wait in the waiting room for an hour and then they took our number of the tv and we then waited and we were wondering why we didnāt get called up even though all the people who were waiting were gone and the new patients who came in within the first 30 minutes of us waiting had already been seen. I was dealing with chest pain coughing and I had coughed up blood earlier that day and then I waited in the office for another 2 hours and they said I was fine to go home I was not only dealing with an eye infection and they did nothing to help and said do you want an X-ray for pneumonia however was told that itās not needed since they donāt think I have pneumonia . However if you think I should have an X-ray you should say Iām going to give you one donāt ask the patient if they want one I shouldnāt have to be the doctor here. It leaves them feeling nervous when they leave. Really felt like I wasted my time and was left with more questions than answers to leave me comfortable.

Been to this location many times, especially with my young daughter. Today her father brought her and following the initial consult with the nurse/MA, they waited in an exam room for almost an hour before someone finally opened the door and was startled they were in there.. because they were forgotten about. How cruel to leave a 3 year old (on her birthday, no less) forgotten about in an exam room. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Never again will I go to ReadyMed, regardless of whether or not itās affiliated with her PCP group. Nope. No way.

Amazing staff and a very quick visit. Everyone was very friendly. They even gave my daughter a popsicle and a bracelet before x-rays. Thank you, Dr. Whitman and staff!!

Came in with nausea and vomiting. Couldnāt keep any food down. They took me right away and helped me so much. All of the staff were so kind.

Incredible experience! Went in for excruciating abdominal pain. I was taken back right away and had a full work up, labs, ultrasound, and CT. The NP had great bedside manner. All of the nurses and techs I encountered were extremely compassionate. I ended up needing an appendectomy right after the CT scan. Due to heart conditions I have, I needed to be transferred to Boston. The nurses did an amazing job coordinating with Brigham and Childrenās for a smooth transfer. Iām now post op and on the road to recovery! Best urgent care around!

Unfortunately the time I've been held hostage waiting for providers with an appointment being set prior to my arrival is less than ideal! 120+ minutes after the appointment is scheduled is appalling

I havenāt received this level of top-quality healthcareāespecially in an urgent care settingāin a very long time! From check-in to discharge, I felt genuinely cared for by an exceptional healthcare team. They were swift, professional, kind, courteous, and incredibly attentive.
The facility is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently. Keep in mind, Worcester is a busy and densely populated city, so longer wait times are to be expectedābut the quality of care is absolutely worth it.
I want to give a big shoutout to the amazing staff (please forgive me if I misspell any names): Dr. Sullivan, Becca, Tracy, Emily, Julie, Jessica, Anna, and Krystal. Thank you all for taking such great care of me!
