This clinic exceeded all of my expectations. The speed, professionalism, and expert medical care including follow-up was better than I could hope for, From the intake staff to leaving the easy to park, clean facility everything was perfectly done.

Probably the best medical experience I've had in quite some time if ever. I was having an issue with kidney stones. Walked in an was seen within 1/2 hour. Blood work and urine done right away. Saw a doctor and nurse within an hour and a CT scan all done in less than 2 hours. Staff was pleasant and professional. This is exactly the way this was supposed to work. Best part was with my insurance it cost me a $20/copay. The ER would have been $150.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband and I went in on Labor Day 2023 with horrible respiratory infection symptoms; coughing, chest pain, sore throat and lethargy. While we were seen very quickly, we couldn't have had different outcomes. The physician that saw me had me in and out with a script for antibiotics within 10 minutes, but my husband was treated terribly. They ordered a gambit of tests for him and held him for about an hour. After about an hour of x-rays, strep and covid tests (all came back negative), they could not come up with a diagnosis. All we expected was a couple scripts for antibiotics and to be in and out within an hour. He was refused antibiotics and was sent away with instructions of how to gargle with salt water... He was not asking for narcotics, but was refused harmless antibiotics! We then got his bill for almost $500 after insurance!! They took advantage of my sick husband and should not be trusted.

My doctor told me to go here after I called her office about a bad cough I had been experiencing for 3 weeksI was registered within 20-30 minutes. Went to ReadyMed last night due to abdominal pains, as I have a complex history of EDS and stage 4 endometriosis. Nurses were amazing. Provider Edward Ye did not take my concerns seriously, tested an area that had nothing to do with the area of pain (I know my own body), and chalked it up in my note as a “high level of healthcare anxiety.” I showed no signs of anxiety. I had a family member in the room with me who confirmed. He’s not a mental health professional. The onlything I can think of that makes me wonder why he wrote this is because I am a female advocating for my own health — as many of us females know we dont always get taken seriously in the healthcare system— and I asked questions. This is medical gaslighting— a term many of us are familiar with. If you receive Edward Ye as a provider and you have a history of complex medical conditions, I suggest you request a different provider.

I recently brought my son to Ready Med in Worcester, he's a patient of Reliant Medical Group and we have My Chart. They performed covid test, influenza test and strep test. None of his test is updated regarding results on his My Charts and no one have called us regarding results...they usually called patients to let them know about results or have it ready on the patients' My Chart... what's going on? Horrible feedback regarding test results!!!

We had a great experience at this location. My little had an awful cough lately. There was no wait time for us. My little one was treated and out the door. Dr. Peter Murphy was amazing and should be cloned because every pediatrician office deserves someone as patient, knowledgeable and get the job done doctor. Thank you for the care and experience.

I went in because my allergies took a toll on me. I lost my voice and couldn’t speak. I went in, checked myself in on their computer system. Shortly after, I was greeted by someone, they put me in their system and I sat down to wait. My wait was very short, and I was greeted by a doctor, he was very nice and understood that I can barely speak. Then two other doctors came in. Long story short, I was placed on antibiotics, and they told me to feel better soon. I’m glad that I went in. And my overall experience was good. I would go back here again in the future if I ever need to.

Wonderful experience. Went after work with my child. Registered within minutes of checking in and waited only minutes to be called back to a room. Maybe waited 20 min tops between clinical staff and Dr to come in. Everything was timely and all staff was incredibly nice and efficient. Thank you for making this an easy trip.

DONT GO HERE. I brought my son here 2 days ago because of knee pain and I was not handed discharge papers or the note requested. I explained the urgency of the situation and potential child abuse. The provider did not write the note correctly and refuse to make another letter. They gave me a number for medical records and the medical records said I need to sign a release for it. So my hands are tied. This location does not truly care about patients or child abuse happening. I'm reporting this to reliant. Thus is a court and DCF matter and a serious problem but they are not using protocol or helping anyone.Shame on the provider.

I went there yesterday. The nurse was rude, horrible. Worst nurse I ever had didn’t listen to me forgot to put something in the computer that I told her went to leave the room asked me the same question then bitching me out because she forgot to put it in the computer she was nasty and rude and the worst nurse I’ve ever met in my life and I’m 73 years old. She was horrible if I ever went there again and she was my nurse I would pass for her to leave and get a different nurse please
