I will be in today for a fill and color change. They did my pedicure also. I let them know I was diabetic and they were very careful. All staff are friendly and helpful. Will continue going here. It doesn't matter who helps you they are all very professional I also got my eyebrows waxed came out perfectly even just how I like them. If I could give more then 5 starts I would give them a 10.

This is the worse nails place that have ever been in. The lady that did my pedicure was so rude. She didn't even turn to look or talk at me when I was asking her something about what she was doing. The pedicure is the worst pedicure that I have ever had done by someone. A 5 years old girl would of done a better job. And then they had the audacity to charge me $43. The excuse that another nail technician told me was, oh, she doesn't speak English. Like I told the lady, if she doesn't speak English, she should ask someone else to translate for her. But that's not even the issue, the issue is that she doesn't know how to do a pedicure, period.

Thank you all for the reviews. I was thinking about going and getting my eyebrows done but am staying away. I don't know how this establishment is still open.

Horrible experience – extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
This was by far the worst nail appointment I’ve ever had. The technician was incredibly rude — she didn’t even give me time to select a nail color and snapped at me saying, “Go and do it yourself if you want.” That alone was shocking.
The service was rushed and aggressive. She filed my nails very harshly, with no concern for my comfort, and acted annoyed the entire time. Even worse, the final result was completely disappointing — all my nails are different shapes, with no consistency or attention to detail.
I left feeling upset, unheard, and honestly, disrespected. There was zero sense of professionalism or care. I never leave negative reviews lightly, but people deserve to know what kind of treatment they might receive here. I will not be coming back, and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have the worst experience here. They don’t receive the customers in a good way and above that they treat their customers harshly. All the nails are in different shapes.
Don’t visit this place if you want your nails to be good.

The worst experience I've ever had at a salon, a few days ago I went for a pedicure and a manicure, the lady started removing the cuticles on my toes, I told her more than 3 times that it hurt, I finally stopped complaining, then I went in for my manicure, #1 didn't even want to do what I asked. Then she was removing my cuticles again, I told her again that it hurt a lot, she laughed and continued with the same thing, when she finished removing my cuticles, I looked at my toes and they were literally all bleeding, I showed them to her and she made a face, like it was nothing. Well I stayed silent and got up to pay with my nails bleeding and in terrible pain, to my surprise I paid $154 because they were going to destroy my toes. I was unable to do anything with my hands for almost four days because of the pain, and surprisingly, both of my toes became infected. I still don't know how the situation with my toenails will turn out. But my hands are terrible, and the nail work is beyond praise. These people are terrible at their work. If you want to walk away with your fingers destroyed and pay a fortune, go see them!

Worst customer service ever!
Don't know pink from silver!
Don't speak to customers only each other.
Nails came out completely uneven.
I rarely get my nails done... this place proves why!

Very disappointed in the service my 89 yr old mom and her pca received today. I made appts for them. When they got there noone wanted to take my mom. Not even the specific person who I scheduled her with. The man who did her pedi was not thorough. Pca even oberserved them sharing tools WITHOUT cleaning then. So dissappointed. They need to take classes on customer etiquette and proper hygiene. No one cares anymore. I even called and they have no accountability. ALWAYS listen to your customer and own up.
Theres is NO excuse for today. My mom paid for services poorly rendered. Elderly should be respected and treasured. Not made to feel bad. SHAME ON YOU Worc Walmart Regal Nails.
No one treats my mom or elderly this way. You earned thid bad review. I truly hope you learn from it and improve your services. Treat Everyone with DIGNITY and RESPECT.

Well where do I start, it was the worst experience I've ever had in the spa world, it started with the colors not matching the colors in the catalogs, let's say we sat on the salon chair, and the suffering began, the fast, sloppy and painful work, and if I expressed my objection, they pretended that they did not speak English, during the work, 4 workers took turns on one hand, funny isn't it, this is because they wanted to finish the work quickly, to the point that they forget most of the steps, in addition to that I asked one of the workers before she started touching my hand to change the glove she was using with another customer, so she pretended that she forgot to change it and it took her 10 minutes with mumbling and complaining. As I told you, it was the worst experience and the result was no color on my nails, no cleaning and no massage, and to complete the bad experience when paying, the cashier made a mistake and withdrew $622 from my credit card instead of $70 for the service that I did not get, which forced me to wait 9 days until the money was returned to my card. I walked out of the salon with no color to my nails, just a transparent, wrinkled substance. I'm never one to complain and I always find some excuse because we are all human beings and sometimes we have bad days at work. But I could never find any excuse for this poor service and treatment. Be careful when you enter this salon, it is bad

Had my eyebrows done there almost two weeks ago and my skin is still recovering from hot wax person used. Unacceptable! First off, you don’t take personal calls while you have a client in a chair and speak SO loud during that call that client has to tell you that you’re way too loud right in my ear and you still continue to doing so. It was so unprofessional, and rude and wax was so hot, my skin is still irritated. Absolutely not okay and I’m extremely unhappy as this had been my go to place for years.

I went to get my nails done and asked for regular nails. I didn't want gel nails. The guy started giving me gel nails. I paid $40 for a plain, ugly nail. I should have paid $28 because it's a regular nail. Every time he charges more for the service. I'm not going back. This is against the law. You are considered unprofessional.
Requested style: normal simple nail

I got a manicure and I asked clearly for gel nails, however the lady purposely gave me dipping nails instead, and I didn’t know until she finished. She did this in order to raise the price as when I told her that I asked for gel, not dipping, she simply stated that it was better for my nails, although it wasn’t what I asked for. Also, the nail size that she used for my nails were much too big for my natural nails. After a couple of weeks when I went back to her to remove the nails, she charged me extra money, even after she damaged two of my natural nails, including a deep break. I will never go to this salon anymore.

I should know better but I needed my cuticles cleaned and I was at the store shopping. I requested a manicure, sure enough someone was available, everyone is all smiles. Wash your hands, have a seat, and every tool comes out of a draw, the same towel that is on the table is the same towel used to wipe the tools and your fingers as your manicure is in process. Sanitation is a big concern. Tools should NEVER come out of a draw, box etc. The woman next to me was having her old set removed to have a new acrylic set placed and I wanted to tell her to run. Her nails were not soaked, they were being removed/yanked off with another nail. That is a BIG NO! Nails should have been soaked off (unless of course they are still using dental bond) Overall the place needs major cleaning, someone needs to check on their sanitation routine, nails should never be removed with another tool, object, etc. Tools should be placed in Barbicide after each use to avoid fungi or any type of bacteria infection from one client to the next.

I went here to get my eyebrows waxed after a month or so of letting them grow out so they could be shaped . The lady did a horrible job!! One was thicker than the other. She took of a lot of hair on one part. I said what happen right here? She said .. you must have something on your eye. I said . No you did that way to thin. She laughed. Horrible service. I will never go there again.
