I've been a pretty happy and loyal customer of Rockland trust so this has nothing to do with their banking. I must say I was pressed for time today though and decided to go to the branch on Park Ave in Worcester. After work with not much time to spare. I figured I'd go to the one closest and make it before it closed. And wouldn't you know it on a random Wednesday in October there's a sign on the door that says this branch is closed at 4:30.
The one time I need to actually come to this branch before I closes at 5:00 p.m. is the day it's closed early for some reason.
Not happy about the ways to trip and wasted opportunity to go to my normal branch office. I guess it's another reminder to just stay out of the city.

I been banking here for a bit It’s always top notch customer service. John t. Is a big asset to this branch. He always goes above and beyond for me and actually everyone. He is the kind of employee that thrives off making sure customers leave beyond satisfied. Great job John keep it up !

Don’t bank here. Predatory fees.Their slogan is “where every relationship matters” but like the other big banks, these guys don’t care about smaller accounts.Go to DCU instead.
