Called up the location and asked if they take mattress and spring box they said yes. When I arrived they said they can't take it. It was brand new never used and yet they stur some sort of commotion. Someone working should know what they can take or at least give them another location where they can take it

For what it is, you find great deals here. I left with things that can be $60 plus when new. I only paid $14 for four items. Can’t beat it.

one star for bad customer service. The hours are from 10am to 5pm. It was 4:20pm and they were already exasperating the customers who were going to close the store. When I was charging for some items that I was able to take, the cashier seemed upset, I was going to buy more things and because of the staff's desperation that they closed, I didn't buy MORE.

Not able to reach a actual person. To talk to at the number given on web site. No other numbers given to each place. When looked up. I had very giid furniture to donate. We shouldn't have to work so hard to do this . It's pathetic !!!

I bought a reclining chair from this place about 3 weeks ago it cost me $95.I had to put a bunch of screws in it to make it stronger so it wouldn't fall apart. Thank you Salvation Army for selling something that should have been thrown in the dumpster.?

Women working the cash register at 11am on 7/30 was extremely rude and unfriendly… When I tried to pay she snapped at me and said “I don’t have change for that?!” Like I was supposed to know… I worked customer service for 15 years I know people are horrible and rude but when you have a customer being nothing but nice to you… don’t be a j*** or find a different job, simple as that.

Came to the donation center here to drop off clothes during winter 2022 (March). Large facility, lot of drop boxes and place to drop off cartons. Note: Hours on google will say till 5 pm. But the donation center is open only till 3 pm Mon-Sat. Only the thrift store is open till 5pm. I wish google could separate the hours for the donation center from the thrift store hours.

Love the place! Cool inside, has everything you could want! Accepts cards and cash, masks aren't required and the staff are super friendly and helpful!
