I've been business banking with Santander at 655 Park Ave for 20 years. ALL of the tellers and managers have been very courteous and nice. Thank you! Anytime there is a new person being trained, in any business, we all need to be a little more patient.

Horrible place. Bad customer service. I cash my school check here every semester and all of a sudden they said they changed the rules 2 years ago. Funny. They didn't look at any credentials and turned me away without further instructions to assist.
Just don't go there... find another branch. You'll thank me later.

I went here every semester to cash my school check. Last semester too and never had a problem. I always walk to this branch for exercise. They turned me away without looking at any documents stating that they will not and cannot cash it.
Disappointed and bad customer service. Don't go here.

Seriously regretting opening an account here. Waited behind ONE car for 40 minutes. Last time the wait was almost 30 minutes. Why don’t they want to hire tellers?

This is the most dysfunctional and unprofessional branch in the entire city. The employees are unhelpful and rude. The ATM touchscreen function has been broken for months, making it almost impossible to use, and increasing lines within the location. After todays visit, I’ve decided to completely cut ties with this bank after 10 years because I refuse to continue being inconvenienced by employee ineptitude. Simply do better.

Walked into my Santander branch today; there were 5 people waiting in line and NO tellers open…5 teller windows and 5 “next teller please” signs. Had similar problems in the past with long wait times and no bankers available.

Tellers are nice.If you need notary or account setup services there may be a short wait depending on how many people are seated and seeking these services.

I visit the bank twice a week, every week. Very friendly service. Ramon, the manager, always comes out to the lobby to greet people and see if they need help. Very friendly group of tellers

I come in for help. I sit. No one says hello or greets me. The manager asks the tellers if I need help. Not me, I'm 7 feet away. Still no one acknowledges my presence. Its awful here.

There’s always an issue every time I come here. There’s also always a line of customers because the employees just stand around the desk talking to each other. It’s very unprofessional & the customer service is terrible. It doesn’t seem like any of the clerks know what they’re doing up front. I will now go out of my way to travel to a different branch. The park ave branch is not worth coming to at this point.

Omg never have I waited so long at a bank especially when there's no one waiting!!!! No wonder why they dont have people working for them! What kind of bank only have 1 person working?! ✌ out santander.

I’m standing at the counter, literally thinking to myself- this is by far the slowest bank ever. Every transaction, every teller takes forever. No matter the day, typically one teller working and one pretending to be busy.
