I love thrifting and I've found lots of good deals here! The donation process is pretty quick and you get a 20% off coupon for donating which is nice. I do think the organization and layout needs work. I know they recently did change some things around.
Some of the shelves are very crowded, which is problematic because I've seen and experienced going to pick up one thing from a shelf and then something that was hanging off would fall and break. The aisles are quite narrow and I cannot see how somebody with a mobility aid like a wheelchair could easily navigate it. One area that leaves something to be desired is when the employees bring in carts of donations, they come very fast with the large carts. They seem to have a policy to shout when they are coming to alert people to move. However, they move at an extremely quick pace, the warning sometimes occurs too close to when the cart is coming, and I would not be surprised if someone got hurt by them. Particularly somebody with visual or hearing impairment, or a small child.
The prices are a mixed bag. Some things are great, but some go for more than new retail value of the item. That's most thrift stores now though. Dressing rooms would be nice to try things on, although I can see how it wouldn't be super practical considering how crowded it can get.

Though I found some really good items when I shopped. Several employees were beyond rude to customers. The store was busy and the employees were getting so frustrated with people who were needing assistance on self checkout. There was one employee who kept yelling across the store and was being very rude to customers. Though I did not any assistance this day I felt bad for those customers who did because the employees seemed so annoyed when their assistance was needed.

Prices are terrible. The word thrift doesn’t mean anything at this store anymore. They mark up everything.

A great big thank you to Stacy, Ruthmary,Sharon,Heather and anyone else that took part in finding my lost cane today. My cane went missing from my carriage while shopping! I reported it and these wonderful people looked throughout the store for it. It had been a gift from my daughter and sister who had bedazzled it to make it pretty for me ..as I need hip surgery. After a few hours they found it and called me as I had left my name and phone number with Stacy !! So again thank you so much ..all of you. May God bless you all. Very grateful , Deb❤️

When exchanging(returns) items from Savers, I suggest that you pay attention and see if the items are listed and deducted on your receipt. I returned clothes and shoes to Saver's Worcester on different days and with different employees. They scanned the exchange and even manually entered the product code on the screen, but no deduction and not exchange barcode appeared on the final receipt. I noticed and complained, and the items were returned to me. I don't know if this is a customer deception tactic or something beyond my understanding

Maybe make sure the restroom is clear before accusing somebody of stealing. Or get your fitting rooms back. Nobody actually wants to steal from your store.

Love this location and have been shopping here for years! Great selection, friendly staff. The manager at my last visit was amazing after a really grumpy and rude employee berated my child and I for trying a vest on in the aisle, which is uncharacteristic for this store. She addressed it immediately and kindly gave us a coupon, making sure we'll feel comfortable coming back for our monthly mother-daughter thrift trip.
