While it’s fun shopping there, you never know what you will find, the prices have gone up to the point where I can almost buy it new at this price. Nevertheless, I’ll keep going, just not buying as much, has to be a real great deal!

Prices are some of the lowest in the chain, and they still do the weekly color discount (last I checked). Stock tends to fluctuate month to month. However, lack of changing rooms (they require you to purchase to try a thing on, and will give you only store credit on the day you try to return if it doesn’t fit) and a new policy of “private/employee-only” restrooms really brings down the star rating of the store.

3 weeks ago to be exact we were overwhelmed with the outstanding customer service we received from "4" of Savers employees! LuLu - Corey - Zeus and Breau! My husband and I took both cars loaded with books and clothing to donate. I even had bags piled on the front seat with my pocketbook under them. We had 2 gentlemen unloading our cars one especially friendly - helpful and even thanking us for giving! I found out that was Breau. Well to my horror when I got home realized that my pocketbook was gone!! I frantically called the store and with in minutes received "3" calls from Lulu - Corey and Zeus! They were so concerned, really caring, very professional asking all the right questions. They consoled me saying that they would start looking immediately. We got back in the car heading to Savers and not half way there I received a call from Zeus saying they had found it! What a relief!!! We were greeted very warmly, all with big smiles! l can not say how grateful - thankful we are for them! They turned what could have been a nightmare into a little bump in the road for the day!! Thank You!! Thank You! Thank You!

11 dollars or 12 dollars for shirts now? long sleeve blouses? with stains on it??????? This place really thinks thats normal to do… raising prices, this is a thrift store. i can go to walmart and buy brand new clothes with no stains , for the same price… shame on them , some of us want to buy or find shirts that are 5.99 , not $12 ….very dissapointing, the place is smelly and outside is dirty too. idk if i wanna shop at savers anymore. goodwill has been doing so good compared to savers

The donations function is often closed when it is advertised as being open. I recommend that you do not bring donations unless the weather is perfect and also not during the last couple of hours. I have seen them close donations when it is sprinkling and also a couple hours early.

Last night while I was shopping with my family, one of the store workers passed by pushing my 11-year-old daughter. The first time I understood it and I asked my girl to move so she could pass, but the second time The same lady passes by again and pushes my daughter again, having a huge space where she can pass, she decides to go and hurt my daughter, at that moment it was where I decided to say, hey, excuse me, but you went by hitting the girl for the second time, could you be careful? to which said worker put on a tremendous show and began to yell and insult my family reaching the point of reaching and standing in my wife's face trying to intimidate her at that moment was where I decided to face her and tell her to keep her distance from my wife and my daughters that my daughter is a minor that she is pushing and I as a mother have to protect her and that it should not even occur to her to touch my wife because then the problems would escalate more, the worst thing is that the manager being there practically wanted us to shut up and leave the store because according to her we were making a scandal ,i respond to her that I was not going to shut up if someone hurt my daughter and that the only thing I asked the worker was to be careful but well it seems that these employees care little if a child abuse lawsuit is filed

I can spend hours in this place. I leave no item unturned. Sure wish there was a Savers closer to my home in Maine.

See the thing about me is the at I love to shop good quality clothes for less. Of course you’re going to have to do a ton of digging and it may take you more than an hour but it’s worth it!

I’ve been to a few savers in a few states and while I love the prices and discounts, I just don’t like the smell. Every Savers I’ve been in from New Jersey to Massachusetts has a very distinct “used fabrics” smell. The people have been nice and service commendable. If they could just invest in some sort of air freshener system or some way to make the place smell better, it would be such a more enjoyable shopping experience.

Depending on the days you'll find a few good things here and there. This location can be a cluttery mess sometimes.

Usually I would give this store a 5 star review, but recently I have not had any good experiences shopping here. Management are so rude and seem to not even know how to do their job, or support their employees. It seems the store has gone downhill since they lost their best employee, Chad. He was amazing, helpful, so kind, and always seemed to be doing everyone else's job. My advice: go to another location, or... don't support this business at all.

I an a disabled person I have ptsd and have a registered and trained service dog I was shopping at this store and approached by a person saying he was the store manager and dogs were not allowed in his store. I asked him if he could read and pointed to the service vest and he laughed. I then showed him his registration tag and numbers and he said, well your dog barked. He did but he was alerting me of my ptsd state. I was then inred the process of leaving the store anyway when he stopped me. He the said, We don't allow comfort dogs here. So I left not to make the issue worse. This is a complete violation of the civil rights disabilities act. The managers name was John. This was the Savers at the Plaza on Lincoln Street. I tried to call cooperate I Washington but kept getting recordings and couldn't get through to anyone . At the very end of my stay he proceeded to follow me out the door and antagonize me.

As I was leaving I was triangulated by three men who tried to steal my husbands pick up truck in broad daylight. NEVER COME HERE ALONE!!!

There is nothing thrifty about Savers. I used to shop here for fun and come away with armloads of finds. Now though, I'm more likely to leave the store grumpy and empty handed. No dressing rooms, no returns (exchange only), self checkout (ugh), for-profit, and EXTREMELY over-priced. Take your donations and your hard-earned money elsewhere.
