I love the ambiance. There is soft music, wifi, and I love the lighting. I love getting my silk presses and trims here. I also appreciate that they are considerate of scalp issues.

Well it was my first time going to a Salon and I had the best experience ever. She was very patient, kind, and informative. I was anxious and she made me feel calm and relaxed. She didn't just (do) my hair, she educated me on my hair from the inside out. The hair assessment was outstanding and spot on. KUDOS to Shi-Shi's Lounge. Ray Ray, see you in 6 weeks.

I've only been here twice and I really enjoy the clean, friendly atmosphere. Typically I just go to my mother's hair salons and was nervous to start going alone. The hair dresser was really kind and kept checking in. Will definitely come again. ?

Just found Shi shi’s lounge last year; a year after going natural and I always leave happy! This time I got a silk press and trim and as you can see the results are gorgeous. Other styles I’ve had were knotless braids and straight backs with extension. Josena does a great job every time and being at the salon is relaxing. I called to book an appointment for my boyfriend. I asked if they had mens haircuts and they could do a twist hairstyle and she said "I'm telling you we don't have time" I was confused because I thought this girl meant like as a walk-in and I said no I'm trying to make an appointment and yet she said again "we don't have time for both, twist only" like how do you not have time for a scheduled appointment?? She had a tone the entire time and was rude and unprofessional.

Well, when I walked in, there was no one at the front desk, I had to wait for 10 mins b4 anyone came to welcome me to the salon. When she finally came, she was not professional at all, she never welcomed me, she never said hi, I had to say hi first then I proceeded to say that it was my first time and I had some questions…. She didn’t seemed bothered at all her body language was telling me get out of here, when I asked her what do you all do here, she says “ we do everything except braids, we dnt have time for braids”…. Wow, is that really customer service or even being professional?There are ways you can address a situation or even answer questions without coming off as rude or like you dnt want to be bothered…. Mind you when she was responding in this manner, she was busy doing something in the computer, it’s like I was bothering her.She then said they are booked all up to January then she changed and said no all up to end of December… I mean the whole first time experience for me was horrible.Hopefully others have had a better experience. I dnt think I would be going back there. I didn’t feel good in my spirit after that.Anyway, just wanted to share that.

Another great appointment. They are still maintaining covid-19 restrictions, but it doesn't interfere with the care and attention they provide each client. I'm always in and out and my hair looks so professional.
