5 minutes at this store got me more than 3 hours at AT&T. It may not look much but at least they know how to provide service.

Simple Mobile has terrible customer service. They keep transferring you from one agent to another and then they drop the call. They are also dishonest and do not honor their word. I would record every conversation I have with them when they promise you something since chances are they would not admit to anything the next time you call them. This has happened to me personally where they promised me a refund and then they reneged on their promise. I would sue them if I had the time.

Cant express enough how much of good job these guys consistently do and always committed to providing exceptional service. I've gone a few times whether it be Jeremy, Abner, or Jose they always make sure to take care me and make sure I leave with a smile on my face. 5 out of 5

Stopped in to see if there was any new promos or deals considering leaving my current carrier. There was not wait but the gentleman I spoke too was beyond rude. He was unwilling to help and did not want to waist his time on someone who was shopping around. I was looking to move over 5 lines and he acted as if my business was waisting his time. I was asking questions to compare notes with other carriers and he told me to look them up on line and hurried me out the door.

I read the reviews and they were all terrible for this location. I just called them to inquire about a product, and the gentleman I spoke to, I didn't quite get his name was extremely nice and friendly, so they do have some good workers there! I asked him if it was busy there and he said very but he did not rush me off the phone . So don't believe all the bad reviews.

I will not visit this location again. Only went because I happened to be in the neighborhood and needed assistance with a family member's phone. I don't know if the employees were just lazy or didn't care to help. They tried to send me to some random hole in the wall place to have the phone looked at (?!). So I went to the Shrewsbury location where they were friendlier and more helpful and just purchased an iPhone. Can't imagine how much it must suck to lose out on commission due to laziness.
