The best customer service ever. I was the other day at the store and i had to return a pair of sneakers that I had lost the receipt.I was pretty sure that the store wasn't going to except that.Wasn't I wrong ??- The front desk employee named Jackson offered his help right away to exchange them with another pair that fitted me better . He had to go several times inside the back store to find the right sneakers for me.Very nice, very professional, very helpful to all the customers, spending tremendous time with each customer making sure to provide to them the right needed sneakers.Spending your money for the right shoes, please go to SNEAKERAMA.you will be very pleased .

Great experience today with Steve! I came in looking for new gym/running shoes as my shin pain has been pretty bad. Steve watched me walk and gave me multiple options to try. Really happy with the options he had me try and left with my favorite pair.

I am not one to complain about customer service, more often seeking to promote businesses and staff that provide great service and value. Notwithstanding, I felt compelled to share a recent experience at Sneakerama in Worcester. My wife and I have been repeat customers for running shoes and have always had positive experiences. We visited the store in mid-September as we both needed new running gear. Our experience started off great with prompt service for both of us. We both landed on pairs of Hokas. When we were checking out, we noticed that one of the Hokas had a small, but noticeable cosmetic defect. The manager was kind enough to offer a $15 discount but at a $165 price tag, we thought it best to get another pair. There was only one in the store in the correct size so we asked if another pair could be ordered. The staff was able to accommodate the request by placing an order for us. We paid for both pairs of shoes and left fully satisfied. The store called to let us know the ordered pair had arrived so this afternoon we went to pick them up. After exiting the store, we opened them up only to find that one of the Hokas also had a small, but noticeable cosmetic defect. We went back in the store as we believed that the first pair had an issue with the right shoe and this pair had an issue with the left. We figured that maybe an easy solution would be to switch out the two as they were the exact same size, model, color etc. Unfortunately, our suggestion to address the concern was met with some defensive resistance with the only reason provided being that they had previously offered a $15 discount and had special ordered the new pair. With no other option provided to us, we left the store with the pair of shoes feeling somewhat shocked and disappointed. After letting the overall scenario sink in, we really started to feel that the store was more concerned about the sale than they were about our satisfaction with the product. After thinking about the issue further, we decided to return both pairs of shoes for a refund and will try again with a different retailer. Our suggested remedy was an easy fix and would have allowed us to be fully satisfied and them to focus their attention on what seems to be a larger problem with Hoka and their quality control issues.

Great store. Limited sneaker selection but the ones they have are colorful beautiful sneakers. Would definitely buy another pair from there.

Great place to get a new pair of running shoes! Staff are very friendly and don’t waste your time, they found the shoes I wanted in my size and was in and out in less than 10 mins!
