I went there about 3-4 years ago?? There was a young man who kept a friendly bulldog in the store with him. Was very helpful with what I was looking for. I guess he’s no longer there?

The same people run the subway across the street (the one that has hair in the food) they won’t allow anyone to touch any of the products before buying and the husband and wife that run it have no idea what they’re selling and know the products are junk. Don’t buy anything from them they are rude and awful people. Asking any questions will have them mad and ask you “buy or leave” so warning if you buy from them it will break or already is broken and no returns. A lot of knock off vapes and liquid they fill themselves.

This couple have no clue about anything they sell in this shop. They’ve overpriced everything in this place. Everything I’ve bought from them has broke, leaked and one vape caught on fire. They want you to buy and get out as they follow you around the shop. They really have awful customer service. Don’t waste your time going here it’s not worth it.

Sold me two 18650 batteries which would not take a charge, 2 days later refused to give a refund on a faulty product. Gave me the third degree about why I didn't call sooner. Don't buy here, Turnpike Smoke shop right down the road, much better.

Brought back a product that was broken less than 24 hours after purchase and was refused an exchange or any assistance and was told i should just buy a new one.

The people who work their need to be more knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Also like other vape shops, they should have an open bottle of every juice so customers can smell it to see if they are going to like it or not. Some even let you try it. Or at the very least have a few of the most popular bottles open. We had asked for a cereal flavor juice and the man who I believe was the owner said that he didnt have any cereal flavors.We had to ask to psychically see a few of the bottles that were right behind him to find a cereal one. He had no idea about any of them. If a customer went in to that shop, with being a first time user of vapes, I dont believe they would find help in asking what products to use. Invest in some employees that know what they are talking about.
