Charter internet have easy access from hackers my internet was racked for years
They tried changing the moden but nothing changed they have to have more security for blocking hackers have access or personal information.

I went in to just pickup my router as a new customer, I just moved into my 5th floor apartment with no elevator, I was spent. The girl who helped me was awesome, I wish I remembered her name because I was absolutely drained but she made my day

It is sad to say that if there is a slightly better choice I would switch provider in a heart beat. The bill kept getting higher and higher. I went from affordable to a 15% increase and yet another 3.5%. The even sad part is the wifi weaken as soon as we're far from the router and modem. Don't mention the long line at the store. It is very discouraged to see the line each time I passed by. If anyone has any recommendation please feel free to drop a comment. Thank you.

worst wifi i’ve ever used. Can’t even get through an episode of a show without my wifi crashing, pretty much daily. My phone doesn’t even connect to it because it can’t support it, yet I pay almost 100 dollars a month. They’ll tell you it’s the MBPS you have but i’ve always had the same amount with no issues until the last 2 years. They change bill prices without notifying you and if you bring it to their attention they say you had a discount that is no longer available, when you were never made aware of the ‘discount’ in the first place. For some people they’ll offer another discount and for others they will not. Anyone you talk to on the phone is not helpful ever. Avoid using them if you can.

If you need assistance with Spectrum and plan to visit in person, I recommend making an appointment online first! This will save you time. While you can still walk in, please be prepared to wait for your turn after checking in with the tablet provided.
I understand that calling Spectrum—like contacting any service—can be frustrating, but waiting patiently on the phone can save you time and prevent unnecessary trips to the store. Sometimes, you may end up talking to an agent who tells you that you need to call Spectrum anyway. I know it can be frustrating!

Waited about a half hour in store as a walk in (which was about the wait time I expected) to get a representative who seemed completely uninterested.
I will say he was better than the representative helping someone next to me, who was speaking in a very slow and condescending manner to an older woman who was speaking broken English.
I'm giving 2 stars mainly because of the poor attitude of that one representative, but every employee gave a vibe that customers were bothersome and unwelcome.

Beyond terrible. A bunch of low life's just there for a check not to actually help and god forbid your waiting 4 hours to return your box and ask why it's taking so long the employees try to fight you and insult you. Literally. Not much more to say besides the place should be shut down. Manager some lazy person who does literally nothing but walk in and out and says or does nothing.

The workers help one customer, then go to the back for half an hour. There’s 6 kiosk stands here, with not even three workers, the lines are long, and they are slow.

Very slow , long lines and the manager cares least of people are waiting for very long . Stands around just monitoring employees. I would say customer service lags at this location. It is not necessary to wait this long to drop off equipment or pick up equipment. Ohhh and the attitude from some of the employee is unprofessional.
