One star is way too high. This internet is really horrible, and they gouge prices after a year then try to cancel anything or change service. This company would be bankrupt if they didn't have a monopoly in my area.

For a Spectrum store this one is very clean, usually very fast turnaround, all with friendly staff. They sell Mobile products as well as dealing with cable, home phone and Internet. But do yourself the biggest favor and go online to book an APPOINTMENT. If it happens to be busy when you arrive, you won't be stuck at the end of line and waiting for hours. Appts always (well, most times) skip those walk-ins.

Customer service and value both PITIFUL. I HATE, HATE, HATE speaking with them when I want to downgrade a service as they almost bully you into listening to services you don't need or want. Personal questions to answer, etc. I HATE dealing with them. The first person on the line is OK, but the cancelation department people are HORRIBLE! Plan on 2 hours to downgrade a service and hear all about a cell service that I don't want and didnt call about. Ugh... The reliability and speed of the internet is OK. It is expensive compared to services in other MA locations. Double the price. Their mobile app for TV is not really mobile as you have to be connected to your own modem or most of the channels don't work. Not like FuboTVs mobile app

One of the biggest waste of time I’ve seen in a while. I came into simply exchange a piece of equipment and stood there for an hour and did not get helped. All I saw was employees laughing at chitchatting. I see other people who I assume our managers standing around doing nothing. People coming from the back room sitting on a computer for 15 minutes not helping clients. Eight people in the building and three of them are working and two of them are talking so much that it takes 35 minutes to help each client. You have to be kidding me.

Some good deals, but the customer service is HORRIBLE! I have been screamed at, hung up on, lied to, extra things added on to my bill without my permission, and money stolen. I'd recommend another provider. One my contact ends with them, I done.

Scam like company! Employees are trash, the service is trash, and honestly, this whole company needs to get thrown in the dumpster. I don't know how this company's CEO can hold his/her head high like they're actually doing something out here.... lol Complete joke. Wifi shuts off randomly, service is only available on one side of the whole house and good luck with getting help customer service ? Straight up rip off.

If there was a negative rating, it wouldn't go low enough for this sad excuse of a media company. Worst connectivity reliability ever, tech support non existent, customer service is the most horrendous experience you can imagine and their pricing schedule reflects top their service yet customers receive the lowest quality product on the market. It's a monopoly in my area, the only chioce for Internet, can't wait for Fios

I have been with spectrum mobile for 8 years. 3 years ago I purchased two new Iphone 11's for myself and my daughter. When the bill came it was a bit higher however i trusted this company and didn't think twice. Fast forward 3 years later...a friend asked if I would recommend this company and I told her what i was paying for two lines. She said it seemed high. I looked at my bill and i was paying $45 a month for the past three years for a line we never HAD! I called and they said they would reimburse me the 2k they owed. The next day i got a call from a team (leader) gag that said they can only give me two free months off my bill. I asked, how can you do that? I've been paying an extra $45 dollars that didn't BELONG to you. You're a billion dollar company and can't refund my 2k? They then told me i was in the wrong for not paying attention to my bill. This company has NO morals and NO loyalty to their customers. Do NOT trust these people. Their parents should be ASHAMED of them for taking advantage of hard working, single mothers. I can't even explain how upset and disgusted I am with this dump of a company. Take your business elsewhere.

PAINFULLY slow service. Took them about 1.5 hours to help a single customer. They spent a lot of time chatting with a former employee who stopped by when there were 7 people waiting in line. Their internet service is awful.

I called Spectrum on 8/3/23 to cancel our service due to a promotion ending and our monthly bill increasing. The rep transferred me to the retention dept and I was given a promotion price of $89.98 for basic cable and internet. I accepted the promotion. On my next bill the price was $94.98. When I called to ask why, I was told there was a rate increase across the board of $5 on 8/4/23. There was no mention of this during our entire phone call, that my bill would actually be $94.98 as of midnight that night. Spectrum is one of the shadiest businesses I have ever dealt with.
