I’ve been working here for 2 years and the Customers are the worst. Any employee that’s covered this store from somewhere else, has even said they have never dealt with rudeness and disrespect that we do. Customers don’t tell the whole story, they don’t like when the disrespect is dished back to them. Most of them throw there money at you and walk away. They scream at you and destroy inventory for doing your job. Especially when you ask what kind of gas or for an ID. Some people don’t say anything to you they just walk away or point. They get the worst when you try and use the bathroom, like we are robots and have an obligation to stand at the window for 8+ hours without moving. Company Policy states that if there is a sign hanging on the window, we are allowed to use the bathroom. If us using the bathroom is that big of an issue, use another gas station. Ask anyone who’s ever worked here, if a customer, had a bad experience 99% of the time they made the experience bad themselves. Now don’t get me wrong we have had bad apples that worked here in n the past, they are gone. If you can’t tell the Cashier what pump you are on, how much you want to spend and what kind of gas, then just stop coming here. The employees don’t want to work because of the way we get treated for doing our jobs.

Thw worst services i had was here At 180 Madison st Worcester ma with an employee name Zack. Today December 1 around 11:50 am to 12:00 pm an employee at this store name Zack. disrespected my mother. i called to ask for the manager and he disrespected me too. Call me and my mom all kinds of names

Went to this gas station, I put my debit card in the machine and sat there waiting ten minutes , only to go over to the little booth that had a sign that said they were in the bathroom, I tried to cancel it, wouldn’t work without a cashier, I continued to wait another five minutes, finally the transaction cancelled , I got home and looked at my bank account and had a 126$ charge at this speedway, when I didn’t spend a nickel there!?!? I’m very confused on how this could even happen. Any help would be very helpful

Cleanliness of the store has gone downhill since I left from being manager there. Gone there several times and each time I go the pumps look like they never been clean, trash on the ground, and some times trash cans are full. Also the new lady working there doesn't listen to which grade of gas I said and never let me run my rewards card. Guess it's time to find somewhere else to go for gas.

Decent location and for a while now was the only open gas station in Kelley Square...now it's undergoing some upgrades to the underground fuel tanks so it's closed.Update: 7/1/2022 SPEEDWAY IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!!

It's conveniently located by the rotary so it's easy to access. But I don't like the difference between debit cards and regular prices. This is just have one price.
