Kathie is a very experience, professional specialist who is a pleasure to work with. She always keeps on top of most complex projects and provides regular updates and suggestions on possible improvements. We have done 2 bathroom renovations with Kathie and looking forward to a third one soon!

Our visits to Spritzo was fantastic! Kathy greeted us warmly, listened to our needs and delivered exactly what our vision for our bathroom was! The showroom is really well laid out and had so many designs to suit every home, Kathy was excellent at communicating with us regarding delivery times, everything arrived on time as promised, I highly recommend Spritzo for your bathroom project!

Wonderful experience at Spritzo. Kathie was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward product selection ahead of our primary bathroom remodel. The ordering and pickup process was easy and quick. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I look forward to our next project, kitchen remodel, and am without doubt going to return to Spritzo-Worcester.

I had a fantastic experience working with Kathie at Spritzo while selecting and ordering kitchen and bathroom fixtures. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming and eager to help. Kathie's extensive knowledge of different styles and materials made the process so much easier. She patiently guided me through various options, considering both my aesthetic preferences and budget. First off, please consider this review for Kathie Dunn and not directly to Spritzo-Worcester. With that said, we have dealt with Kathie on multiple occasions as update our home as it pertains or relates to Kohler products. In all occurrences, we have found Kathie not only knowledgeable, but honest with her opinions and expertise when it comes to aiding us in our selection of plumbing products and porcelain related items and accessories. We are now in our final phase of updating our last bathroom and will be visiting Kathie soon so that we may engage her with its implementation.

We chose Spritzo-Worcester to supply the kitchen and bath fixtures for our new house build. From the minute we walked into the beautiful showroom, we knew we made the right choice. We spent many hours with her trying to find the right items for our custom home. It isn’t everyday that most people renovate a bathroom. When you do, you need the right help. Kathie Dunn was fantastic when it came to making important decisions for my renovation. Without a doubt, I am confident with the purchases I made. The Spritzo showroom has a great selection and excellent displays to help get you thinking about what is best. For future home projects, I will definitely be returning to Spritzo to work with Kathie.

We found Spritzo/The Portland Group in Worcester because of a disappointing visit to the Kohler Store in Natick. We were looking for help with purchasing the fixtures and the door for our upcoming shower renovation, only to be told that everything we wanted was either backordered or unavailable. The salesperson suggested we try elsewhere and rattled off a couple of business names. I called a few of them and left a message on Spritzo’s voicemail. Within 10 minutes of leaving the message, Kathie returned my call and within less than a day, she had found and ordered our door. I reached back to her to get a quote for the other fixtures we wanted and she not only sent us one that was significantly less than the one we had been given, she told me that some of the items might not be necessary for our job. She invited us to stop down to the showroom so that we could discuss and see what we actually wanted and needed. She found us fixtures that went better with the rest of our bathroom and again saved us quite a bit of expense. They offer complimentary delivery to your home, and Kathie kept in touch throughout the entire process. Our door came on time and the other items were also ready when we needed them to complete our renovation. The follow up and attention to customer service is impeccable and we would highly recommend Kathie and Spritzo to all who are looking for bathroom fixtures and accessories.

Kathie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with quality hardware selections for our new bathroom. It took a few months to receive our order but the items are beautiful and solid (not flimsy). I'm happy with Spritzo"s service amd would use th again.
