Great customer service! I called about my favorite creamer that has been hard to find lately. The kind gentleman who helped me realized they had one left. When I arrived he saw me and had it set aside without me asking. Thank you again! (Maybe his name was Dale?!)

Best grocery store experience I've ever had, wow. The deli woman are amazing, Donna and didn't catch lady in red hoodies name . Wicked good, 7:15 on Friday night 1/24/25😃. Cashier's topped it off with some friendly chocolate coconut cookie conversation <3 it!!

Zero live cashiers staffed at 1pm on a Saturday,outrageous. Totally self-checkout with minimal assistance available. At least I didn't pay for my bag

This location has somewhat declined in the last year due to decreasing in staffing and an increased self check out lanes. At most there are only 2 full check out lanes open and most often than not there are no baggers so you have to bag everything yourself. The self check out lanes are really inconvenient as they are weighted so you can’t bag anything until after you pay, they are slow and the scale has issues noticing many small items so staff have to constantly go scan their badge to dismiss the error. Also because you have to put everything on the scale, you can’t leaving large items like water bottle packets in your cart. You have to scan them and then put them on the scale.

Most expensive supermarket by far - same products at Market Basket and Trader Joe's cost at least 30% less. All the staff are miserable and rude (and don't know anything about properly packing bags) - probably not their fault, they're just so underpaid. If it weren't around the corner from me, I would never go, and I really do everything to avoid it
