🍎🍋Let's go from good to bad... 1)Cashiers, Deli & Bakery employees r very nice.😀 (Although management is hard to find)
2)Store is very clean 🙂(thanks to employees, not stupid robot)
3)Selection is pretty good. More healthy opinions, gluten free, ethnic opinions would b great.🤔
4) Product prices are average or just above average. 😐
5) Pricing transparency is really bad. Thursdays (when the new sales change) its impossible to find accurate pricing. Tags are often mislabeled. Online prices differ from store prices. 😠

Went on a Monday morning. There was no line at the deli, I was the only customer. There was a guy behind the counter who swore at the slicer as he as slowly as he could sliced some meat without acknowledging my presence whatsoever, not a "someone will be right with you", nothing. I stood there for about 5 minutes as he was still slicing this one meat and finally walked away. I asked one of the girls there who also ignored my presence who the manager of that department was and she pointed to the guy still slicing that same meat and said, he is that's Matt the manager! Not a good look Matt or good business practice, I won't be patronizing the deli again!

My family places a huge to go grocery order here and it was bagged terribly. the bread was squished in the bottom of the bag, heavy glass jars were thrown into bags with eggs which caused the bag and eggs to break, no care or effort was put into this. We spent over 200 dollars on our groceries for them to end up squished and broken. Do not order from their to go service.

Nothing like being accused of stealing for every single item I scan at the self checkout aisle. Your workers had a strike, what, 3 years ago? So you replace them all with machines that don't work half the time, and freeze up the other half because it's not intelligent enough to see that you scanned the item you placed.
You can't replace humans with robots that don't function properly. With the prices you're charging now, you can afford 6 more employees to run three more lanes.
Not shipping here again.

I was just at stop & shop on w boylston st. In worcester. Jessica was the cashier. She asked if I wanted a bag I said yes. She rang up my items did not bag or even give me one. It was like i wasnt there and she started ringing up the next customers items. I had to get my stuff quick and bag. If I wanted to do that I would have went to self check out. No thank you from her. Very rude. Not that this matters.

The W Boylston St. STOP N Shop has gone way down hill, the service is lousy, the parking lot is a pit, and the lines are way too long at self checkout. Also, that foolish useless Robot is a disservice .

I hate myself for shopping here. Tonight was especially bad. Why is bagging so hard for them? When I asked them not to crush the bread and chips with cans, the guy stopped putting anything in the bag and just put it all in the cart open. The cashier had completed the transaction, they couldn’t charge me the dime for another bag and the rest were so full they ripped. The absolute worst service ever.
