They need to pay more attention on the job, we bought 3 lines there, on the top of that we spent 1k. My phone end up with my wife's number, and with her number. After spending money and almost 3 hours there.Alex was amazing with us, but T-Mobile should invest on short process and better training.

Don't go to this place for customer service nor use T Mobile for phone service because when u have a problem with your phone they don't help u.they are only good at taking your money and making u get a contract with them.

Its sad that Xavier is no longer there . The so called manager and his employees are so rude and disrespectfull . The do not want to help you out at all . I asked.for Xavier and was told he got fired and that he was a bad man . That is not profesional at all . The Best thing that store had was Xavier . You need to get rid of those bad apples . Starting with The manager asap.

0/5 for the company: 5/5 for the staff at this location.Its unfortunate that T Mobile as a company has such good cellular service because the corporate entity itself is awful. I have never been run around so badly by a company before. I made an account with T Mobile in March of 2022 and by August 2022 was canceling my account as I was no longer going to he sharing service with my housemates. T Mobile wrongly charged me with a $211 bill that they to this day have not refunded to my account. Now, this has nothing to do with the associates at this outlet: employees Nishy and Bernice in particular were very helpful and patient in helping me resolve this issue and I appreciate their time. That said, if you're looking for cell service, I'd seek it elsewhere, because T Mobile is a hot mess.

The people there are very self entitled quit e narcissistic , you can only bro g product back if you only bought it from thier store and then you need recite and not have 14 days of even if product was faulty I am not big fan these clowns work here rude and very matter of fact attitudes . Lincolin st is better

• Worst experience ever! Reese, the manager, is quite rude and has no idea how to interact with clients.• My uncle had already paid off all of the debt when we switched our numbers to T-Mobile. I just intended to pay the taxes and activation charges out of the total of $104 that the manager and his coworker were asking us to pay. This sum included the expenses for the brick, protection, taxes, and activation. We were being forced to purchase everything by these guys.• He was smirking on our faces and shaking his head like a little girl when we questioned him. A different staffer was conversing with us while loud rap music was playing in the background. The music was obnoxious and too loud. That store is now the crib of these employees. Additionally, the manager repeatedly moved away from us when she spoke to us. Even much training cannot transform such a person. I won't ever encourage anyone to go in this store.
