I went to Target this week before I discovered that their corporate leaders caved to the wanna-be dictator and abandoned their DEI goals. This is shameful. I won't be back until they reverse this.

I purchased and loaded gift cards at your store around Christmas, buying about 10 of them as gifts for my daughter's school teachers. I had one extra card, which I planned to use today. However, when I tried to check out, I was told that the card only had $3 on it.
I am concerned that the other cards I gave to the teachers might have the same issue. Each card had a value of either $100 or $50. This has been a very disappointing experience for me, and it makes me not want to purchase your gift cards again in the future.

Placed a pick up order, but couldn't get it until after work because my shift started before the store opened. My last job ran late and unfortunately didn't get to the store til 5-10 before closing. The doors were already locked and a lady was looking at me and I mouthed pick up order and she shook her head no. Now don't get me wrong, I get it, it's almost closing time, but I wasn't going in to shop. The scanning and grabbing my order takes 2 minutes tops. My order had some necessities for my daughter that I couldn't pick up til pay day, which is today. Now I'm driving around looking for a store that's open, because she didn't want to take the 2 minutes to grab my order. Hopefully someone does the right thing for her if she's ever in my situation, but what comes around goes around.

My issue is with the drive up alone. I have had issues every time I ordered drive up my main issue is when something is out of stock. I ordered dog food to get a sale and a specific flavor was out of stock but it didn't give me the option to pick a different flavor instead I had to go in and change return the order just to buy it in a different flavor. This defeats the whole convince of drive up. If your all out of it you should offer a replacement that is in store instead of shipping. As this was the 4th time I had an issue I'll never do drive up again.

This store is always a mess. Always trashed! When ordering online, I always get an email later saying they don't have it. What "Do" you carry in this store because you're always out of everything!
None of the motorized chairs for handicapped people were charged today even though they said "ready." I know for a fact that they stay charged for 12 hours so no one is charging them overnite. I had to leave the store because of this, and I won't be back! Went to the nice clean one in Leominster where they actually care about the customer!

What's the point of making a size xs if the pants only fit "women" who are 5'8" and up???? Maybe Target buyers need to Google what the average height US women is. I'm very disappointed.

The staff are always friendly and helpful.
The store is always clean, well organized, and well stocked.
The quality of the store brand items is always good.
I have been using the parking lot pick up service for several months now and I love the convenience of it. (It’s great that I’m not going into the store as much but only because I would buy way more than when I order ahead online. I also get to take my dog Moxie with me to pick up. She always loves a car ride. :-)
