I came from Ukraine. In the USA only 3 weeks. I have SSN, debit card, savings card and all documents.When I tried to open a secured credit card, this bank refused me due to “no credit rating in the last 6 months.”They ignored all my arguments that I had been living in the US for less than a month and therefore had no credit rating. They also couldn't explain how I should open my first secured credit card.This is absurd.

I went in Monday morning with no appointment and they helped me with several different services, from credit card application to opening a children’s account. It took a couple of hours and they were pleasant and got everything synced and easy to use online. The employee who assisted me is named Michael Morse, he was excellent ??

Do not use the drive thru ATM! I made a withdrawal and my money got stuck, I tried pulling out what I could and it sucked the rest of it back in. I went into the bank to explain what happened the teller was very nice but when she spoke to her supervisor they said there was nothing they could do because I wasn't a td bank member. I was still using their atms they they are liable for. I was a td bank member for 10+ years but closed my accounts because of constant issues. So basically they stole my rent money and the supervisor is heartless. All they had to do was check the cameras to see what happened. I get there is dishonest people in the world but I'm not one of them and it's unfair that I got stolen from. I absolutely will be telling everyone about this who will listen. There are better banks out there who don't steal from people who use their atms.

Went into deposit a check for my wife didn’t have the account number but I understand that I can’t deposit it that’s fine but the customer service skills of the attendance was horrendous they had no formal customer service Etiquette they had no ability to understand situation or try to offer any Solution or resolution to the situation I am sincerely disappointed in the action taken by the individuals at this particular TD branch I’ve had no other issues with any of the other branches I help no one else Experiences the same treatment at this location

The girl at the window was very rude and had an attitude the entire time she was helping me. If your not a people person you shouldn’t be worki with customers if your so miserable

We've been with TD for approx. 8 years and yes - we've encountered a few issues but the bank resolved them all. Things happen. No bank is pain free but TD doesn't dance me around when I'm looking for info. The people I've dealt with at this branch all seem to be cool, are in control & have a good sense of humor. Anyone who can smile while having to work with me on early Sunday mornings gets 5 stars. Keep it up.

The staff here has really gone downhill. Whenever I go to the drive up to cash a check that I wrote from my Bank North checking account they ask me. " Do you have an account here?" I call on the phone to ask a question and rather than help me with a quick problem they refer me to customer service. I am thinking it is time to switch banks.

Great service. Don't go at lunch time though, they're always packed.
