First time moving. I learned my lesson. Next time I will buy packing materials and wrap the furniture myself because they didnt do that to most of our furniture and they got scuff marks that are very visible. Not sure what to do - to fix the damages vs. to buy new ones *sigh*. They are very efficient at moving things though. The moving professionals were strong and courteous. Because the moving specialists were professional and personable, I may use their services in the future - just need to be assertive that furniture should be covered to prevent damages or wrap the furniture myself before they arrive.
Pros: Efficient and nice moving crew. They caused minimal damages to the old and new places.
Cons: they didn't have packing / protecting materials. A couple of small fragile items were broken. Did not cover several furniture - caused superficial damages that are very visible (they no longer look 'like new' and nice anymore). Moving fastening belts and tarps/blankets they use were dirty. You will to wipe everything that were moved by them once you move to your new place.

I have used Massad Movers for many years. This family owned and run business does an excellent job. Timely, reliable and efficient.... I have required storage, local and long distance moving services. Highly recommended. All employees are polite and professional. 5 stars for sure.

I have not even used Massad Movers yet. However, I reached out to be proactive about planning for a potential upcoming move. Phil called me back promptly with courtesy and professionalism along with a clear and transparent estimate and pricing far better compared to any other company I have spoken with. I felt compelled to leave a review based on that alone. I will 100% use Phil should our current home sale and future home purchase all come to fruition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Steve and Ryan were extremely easy to work with for moving from a 2nd floor unit to another 2nd floor unit. They are great at making small talk and making the work feel quick. They were very gentle and precise with fragile loads and followed instructions exactly and remembered them for me which made the whole process painless

Massad Movers should get 10 stars!!! We have used them on 2 occasions and to say they were outstanding is an understatement! Our first move was a little over 6 years ago from a home we lived in located in Worcester for 37 years that had 38 steps and was a three story house. Unfortunately, the way the driveway was designed, the crew was unable to get the truck up the driveway and had to use the 38 steps up and down. Not a word of displeasure out of their mouths- just smiles and complete co-operation about everything we asked them to do!!! Recently we moved from an apartment complex to a condo duplex. Again, they showed up on time, well prepared and even helped box some things we didn't get to, as well as carefully protecting fragile objects, TVs, pictures, etc. When we arrived at the new home, they made sure we were happy with the location of everything. Hopefully, this is our last move (in our 70's now) but could never imagine using any company but this wonderful, family owned business. Bottom line, don't waste your time calling any other company, just use Massad!!!!

Massad moved us the other day from 3rd floor to the first floor in our building. This is the 3rd time we have used them. This time Dan, Angel and Carlos were our movers. Just like the past 2 times we used them these men were very professional, hard working and fast. Before Dan left he made sure every was where we wanted it and didn't need anything moved else where. I highly recommend Massad Movers. Great job!!!

Massad Movers have helped us on 4 occasions with both moving and delivering products for our home renovation.
They are exceptional, and professional and their team are always helpful and positive. You just don’t find a group like this very often. I went out to the truck that they were almost done loading to ask a question and was struck with the care and order of their packing of our belonging. I also had to go to their storage warehouse to retrieve something and once again I was struck with the level of organization and assistance.
Five stars is not enough to give this well run company.

Massad Movers was recommended by friends and we're glad we chose them for a local move. Good communication right from the start with Phil. Movers (Dan & Joe) were very prompt & professional & personable. Moved the items quickly and carefully and communicated well throughout the process. It was a hot, humid day & our family appreciates the hard work these guys do. Fair price, no surprises, no hassle. 100% recommend.
