I think the Worcester lottery office is great and I enjoy talking with the employees when I go in the staff is very friendly,polite,but also professional I have never had a bad interaction with any employees at the Worcester Lottery Commission Office they have also been polite and happy to help. Well let's see what happens get your second hance losing tickets registered I have 817 ticket entries $40,650.00 in so far for the $50 Lifetime millions second chance drawing ending September 19,2023 and 1033 $51,850 Billion Dollar Extravaganza second chance drawing tickets in hopefully I have some luck to hit atleast one of the second chance $50,000.00 prizes .

This new office is incredible, especially compared to the old one. Parking and proximity to public transportation is awesome. The staff was friendly and courteous. Still waiting to hit the jackpot though.

Mass lottery people are stupid and state don’t care about anything even not collecting $500 million from businesses that owe them and don’t want give us lottery to sell even if we run out of tickets on time and fedex not doing a great job

I liked the former place. This new location is not easy to find. I encountered a miserable staff woman behind the glass when cashing my winning ticket. Couldn't be bothered with my question about the tax taken out . She was a real buz kill & was not the sort of representative I would expect working where people are excited, happy & getting their winnings. Come on Mass lottery, you make enough to train your staff how to be service oriented...maybe try that out.
